I have an affiliate link on there so I was just wondering.
I can't remember.should we be requesting comments for our about page?
I have an affiliate link on there so I was just wondering.
You can do that. However, those are left for folks to enquire about how your site should help your target audience.
I'd keep the affiliate if it is relevant; often times I find that folks do promote WA on their about me post.
Abie
That's exactly what I did. I have WA promo button on there. However, I have no comments yet.

My website health says I need to improve speed by Finding unused JavaScript and CSS. I have no idea how or if I need to do this. If I do need to address this, is there traini

Is there a certain amount of posts you should have before using AdSense?
When you have substantial web pages (maybe then it's worth it), however, think about how much clutter it creates for a moment. Earning Pennies OR Dollars?
Earning Pennies or Dollars.....Is that a training video? If so, that link didn't work. Thanks again.
You do need substantial content before AdSense will approve you.
Personally, I don't like it because it hijacks your visitor for very little reward.

I working in my Wealthy Affiliate review Post. I know I didn't need a credit card but I couldn't remember if there was a time limit to the free Membership.
Hi Scott, great to hear from you and great question!
As a starter member, you're going to be able to work through the classes at your own pace. You'll be able to get your website foundation up and running, and you'll learn to use our AI writing platform.
In Class 3, you'll see that the classes beyond will require you to upgrade to take your business LIVE. When you're a Starter member you have a free SiteRubix.com website. When you upgrade, you'll get your very own .com website and you'll be in position to start adding more content and partnering with Affiliate Programs so that you can generate revenue!
Of course, along the way you'll have all the help and support you need from the wonderful people here in the community, as well as Kyle and Myself (the owners).
I look forward to helping out as you have questions and move forward with building your affiliate marketing biz!
Carson
No time limit, but it's just so that you can know if affiliate marketing is something you want to do. To be successful, you must upgrade and once you do, you can't go back to a free membership. As Diane says, be upfront.
Hi - there is no time limit, but it's not possible to make money from the free account.
The SiteRubix website cannot be indexed by Google.
Don't emphasize the free aspect, you are less likely to get conversions.
Be upfront from the start and let them know they will need to upgrade to Premium to really get started with their business.
Once they start their hub, they can be here and communicate indefinitely but have no access to the live chat.
They can ask their questions in the core webinar training.

So, I didn't know if I had to wait until I have at least 15 Articles on my website like you recommend for signing up for Affiliate Links. Is it the same for Promoting Wealthy
You can promote WA affiliate links right away, the only reason you have to wait for some affiliate programs is that there is an application process where they typically review your website (and in which case, you want adequate relevant content to ensure approval).
Abie has you covered and I agree with sharing your posts with your included affiliate links to social media rather than raw links. It will then potentially lead to readers looking at the rest of your website for similar content.
Anytime :)
You can promote WA on your About Me post if you choose your interest/hobby niche. You may include a paragraph in the middle of the page or towards the end, adding a few features about the benefits of joining the WA platform. You can hyperlink your unique affiliate link there, which you can fetch via the $ sign top menu.
==
If you share it on social media platforms, I would shorten it with pretty links before sharing, as some platforms don't like affiliate links shared raw as is.
However, what would be more feasible is to write a post, include your affiliate links, and share your post on social media platforms.
Alternatively, you could use plugins like Grow Social or Social Rocket.
Plugins and add new, input keywords, install, and activate.
Thanks Abie,
Some of the things you just suggested are very foreign to me lol.
Like Pretty Links?
Plugins? How do I use thoses and where do I plug them in?
I installed the Pretty Links plugin but I don't know how to open the dashboard.. Everything I see wants you to upgrade. How do I use the free version.
