I suggest do not give up. Many have reported problems with WP visual editor.

Perhaps you can start with specific questions, one by one, give some picture here to show what the problem is. I am sure you will have help. Your description above is such that you cannot expect help, give some details.

I just saw something in live chat about something funny with words. It might just be a temporary glitch. Maybe ask the guys in live chat and see what they say?

Considering you are already a premium member, If you do not want to or can not afford to upgrade to a paid version of Jaaxy, the Keyword tool in WA works perfectly fine and many use it. I have Jaaxy but tend to use both tools
