Follow WA rules, i know as i was Blocked

Just wanted to tell people here to follow WA rules. I had no idea that such rules existed and i sent people messages to collaborate with me to create a website.
Boy i found the rules the hard way, i had such a tough time getting my writing ban removed. I missed this platform, i migrated to hostgator for sometime but decided to come back here.
Just remember to follow the rules, or you wont even be able to contact support.

Glad you're back Sanket, next time, whenever you are in doubt, if you can do something according to the rules, please PM me, I will brainstorm over it with you.

hehe we are in the habit of glancing through the numerous terms and conditions of various softwares and products we purchase.
Its that habit that got me banned i think haha
It was very hard to get back here on WA, contacting WA was extremely difficult as there was no path to contact support.
In fact i read a article about you on WA, someone asked here ways to lift your ban. You got back here so i thought i will too.
It is easy to get so enthusiastic about something that we forget or don't know the rules. Glad you came back.

I honestly doubt that there is a single person at WA who *hasn't* made some kind of mistake in regards to the rules. I know I sure have, but like the vast majority of people, it was unintentional and with no ill intent.
Sometimes the "punishment" seems a bit harsh, but somethings seem to be automated. For example, if enough people report something as spam, I think the system will take action automatically, but in that case, contacting Kyle and explaining the situation can often lead to a quick resolution.
I love WA and spend part of almost every day here, but I would have to say that I do wish certain rules and guidelines were more visible. I think that some of the rules that tend to get broken need to be more "in your face" so that they can't be missed.
I personally contacted Kyle through email , facebook, twitter but did not hear from him . Then i filled the contact form on WA website and tried to explain my side, but that was of not much use either.
I finally created another profile here on WA and luckily kyle left me a profile comment and i was able to reply to him and luckily he read the reply, so he unblocked me.
i was helpless and little bit angry as i was not hearing back from anyone, and there was no path left to contact, besides i had questions about the hosting services too, but i could not use the support here either.
the whole thing was troublesome and gave me stress, i am glad its over now
I can understand it causing you stress and I am sorry for your experience. I know I would be upset as well.
I personally have not had to wait too long to hear back from Kyle, but of course that will vary by time of day, day of the week, etc. He gets a ton of PMs in addition to all his other duties. If I send him a message, I normally don't expect a response for at least 2 days, though there are times when he responds very quickly...
At any rate, I am glad that things were resolved for you and I agree that it is important for everyone to know the rules to avoid having similar issues.

Sometimes we don't realize that we break rules especially when we are new.

Yes i am very happy this is behind me now. This was extremely stressful and troublesome for me
It's a great community to be a part of and as long as members are exchanging ideas and support on all things Wealthy Affiliate, everyone's fine. It's a no-no to start reaching out privately and asking others to dive into outside opportunities. But hey, accidents happen :) Welcome back.
