My story as short as possible.

Until 2006 I was purely working in administration (same stuff, different day). I was living in Dublin (I am Australian but moved to Ireland in 2002 because I could lol) but after a while working in administration (yet again) I felt like there had to be more to life so I applied to go to University as a mature aged student (I never went to University after grade 12). I had a huge interest in turtles (yes, sea turtles) and applied to do a Bachelor Degree in Science (Marine Biology). I returned to Australia with the dream of completing my degree and travelling the world saving the turtles (sounds silly I know but that's what I thought).

A few months after commencing my degree I met my now husband Glenn and while he supported me (bless his heart as he had a low paying job at the time) I completed my degree. At the end of it though I knew I wouldn't be travelling the world saving the turtles.

I went to work at an aquarium and moved onto a Govt job. Great money, great job but with some horrible people. We decided to have a baby and although she took a couple of years to arrive, she did and then I became a stay at home mum.

Cut to the chase.... It's tough living on one wage. I didn't want to go back into the workforce and miss out on my little girl growing up. I started a home business hiring out toddlers toys for parties etc. but even after 16 months it still brings in very very little money, needless to say my deductions outweigh my income.

My goal now is to contribute more to the family income without having to go out into the workforce which would require me to stick my daughter into childcare.

A little bit more about me personally..... I am a google addict. I could sit on the computer for hours just googling. My neighbour says I should make a living out of it lol. I also like to spend time with my daughter and I would love to spend more time with my husband but he works A LOT. I like to read as well fiction novels that take me out of reality. Since having a child my interests are her interests so I can't really say I'm that interesting. Maybe I could add more here later. Watch this space.......

I'd be happy earning $2,000 a month. I'd be ecstatic earning $5,000 a month. It would be mind blowing earning $10,000 a month. I'm willing to invest as much time as a mother can.

Those are wonderful goals Sandra and I can tell you firsthand that these are more than achievable. When I started out I had very similar goals and with some hard work and dedication, I exceeded any goals that I could have ever initially set.

You will get there if you invest some hard work and dedication to this, I don't have any doubt. :)
