Simple question here.

I'd just like some advice and tips from those who are doing this on a more consistent basis.

Hi Roshandoon:

Indeed! Deja vu... You are not alone with current challenges and time affordability to consistently strive with putting out contents, not just contents but quality contents.

You got to go with the flow with what is happening in your life that jiffy and understand this is indeed business you are creating for the long haul hence it is a marathon and not a sprint.

Yes there will be those days, weeks and months if not years, that you just can't get things going your way... That is fine you must take walk and revisit things later.

Stay positive and encouraged nonetheless... Best wishes in your endeavour.

Your Friend,

Sidney

1. Realize that it is perfectly normal to encounter writer's block and burn out from time to time.
2. Write down notes to yourself when great thoughts and ideas are running through your mind. That way, when you have writers block, you can go back and work on editing those notes.
3. Figure out which time of day you write best. Make that your cherished writing time. Don't fight you nature. Accept it.

Best wishes! Your determination and persistence will carry you through the challenging times.

Hi,

Could you go into some detail about your niche please?

So, for me, I am looked at my life, the unfair work pay situation in Ireland where you are treated like a dog for money that is not worth collecting at the end of the week.

The people whom clearly do not believe in people.

KNOWING (KNOWING IN MY HEART!!!) 'I' Deserve Better!!

Victory is sweeter when the obstacles are greater and I am using my brain instead of my muscles to learn to make more money than I could ever have imagined!

When I type, I am talking to myself in my head to 'somone' in a cafe and we are having a real and heated debate where my 'split' self is asking all these questions and now I have find ideas to write on and inspired content to make from my keywords.

Of, research for factual data is paramount.

Need inspiration? Let your current struggles be your impetus to want more and go and get it!

DON'T GIVE YOURSELF AN OPTION TO FAIL - THAT IS NOT AN OPTION FOR YOU ANYMORE AND GET WHAT YOU CAME HERE TO GET!

Only Success awaits you - that is my reality and that IS Yours!

The only advise I have for you is that nothing good comes so easy. Fight those huge writers with patients but don't fail to ask questions where you are stuck. You would surely get answers from the community, Support team or even from Kyle. Be determined and consistent in your work you will succeed

Hey all, I've tried multiple times and multiple days (going back a couple weeks now) to try and buy a new domain on namecheap as I have some friends who might want some sites do

The site loads for me just fine. I know last night it kept having weird time out issues but it did eventually load. Is it just timing out on you or are you getting an actual error on their site? Have you maybe tried a different browser.

If nothing else you can always buy a domain from a different company like godaddy.

Thanks for the quick reply.

I've tried many browsers and not only does it take forever to load, it kept giving me a host time-out.

Now it loaded on my Google Chrome browser, I'm not sure what it was but it seems to be working now lol.

Thanks!

well thats all that matters right!?

Actually it's back. This is what I'm getting

I don't know why the image isn't showing.

no problem, i would check out godaddy then sounds like namecheap doesnt like you all that much and i really have no idea what the problem might be lol

I would like to sign in to my website's email on my phone without having to constantly come to WA and go to the email section and do it from there.

Is there a way I can co

Here you go this will show you how to add a new user and forward your email

Thanks Tommy,

I'm wondering if that's exactly what I'm looking for. I know how to create a forwarding email address. But what I want to do is actually sign into my email from my phone, instead of forwarding everything to my personal.

I already use my phone for multiple emails (gmail, hotmail, another personal website) so I wanted to manually set up the email on my phone through IMAP configurations.

Is that possible with the websites we create here on WA?

I do not think so but you can put in a support ticket and ask the IT department.
The way I am showing you is every time you get an email it will inform you of it on your personal email from that particular website email.

Ok thanks,

If I set it up as a forwarding email (like you've shown), I'll receive the email in whatever email account I forward it to.

When I reply to that email, will it be from the one I created? Or from the personal one I forwarded it to?

it should be replied from the website mail

Hey all,

I'm creating my site based on baby clothing, accessories, and things to help take care of your baby. My problem is, that's too broad of a topic to generate some

Hey everyone,
Just wanted to say thanks again for all your feedback. As I said, I wanted to share my site once I had my idea up and running with posts and what not, this is what I have so far:

www.tinytotsapparel.com

If you have some extra time one day (and if it's not too much hassle) please feel free to browse around my site, read some posts, and leave comments too!

Thanks again!
Cheers!

Thousands of Babies are born every day. You'll have no problem with that niche. What I've learnt so far is not to try and sell every baby things in sight. You'll have to narrow it down to maybe one item for a start.

Blessings...Shirley

Hi Roshan

Just another thought a great source of information is Amazon. Why not go onto http://Amazon.com and search for "Baby" in the book section. A lot of the books have a look inside option which allows you to view the list of contents or chapters at least. Great for content ideas!

Look at which books and topics have the lowest (Number) Best Seller Ranking. These are the most popular.

You could also look at baby Products on Amazon how many reviews have they had etc. etc. to seek out popular items.

You could also seek out Mum / Baby type forums and join them if necessary and see what Mums are talking about. These could be your future customers so it is important to understand what their interests and needs are.

OMG! You're genius! Take a star for that! *

How about targeting expectant moms, new borns . Cut the hype state what they really need to start off their young family life, clothes cribs etc. You could even break out with advice on helping the new mom to cope, enjoy this wonderful experience. A sister site perhaps for expectant moms rather than baby.

You could always post a question or two up on Yahoo answers.

Like what were the
1. Most useful items that you are glad you bought for your new born
2. What 5 items could you not live without when your 1st child was
born.

Not fantastically worded I'm afraid but you get the idea. You could then use the answers as the basis for new content or reviews or even AFFILIATE PROMOTIONS etc.

or you could raise the questions on your own blog to encourage engagement.

Thanks Caraid for the feedback! Some light bulbs went off in my head while reading your post.

I'm definitely getting a better understanding of the approach I need to take in order to be successful.

I've followed you so I can continue learning from your experiences and thoughts.

Thanks!

Glad I could help. It is very easy and common to get bogged down in the beginning. I find it helps to create a customer profile.

Create a document.

Give your customer a name
How old is she
Is she married ( Yes I know)
Is this her 1st child
What problems does she have
what does she like to do to relax
What does she like to eat
Is she tired stressed and frustrated as she is stuck at home all day
when she used to have an active social life and was passionate about her job.
What sort of hobbies might she have
Is this making her short of cash
Could she work from home.

I am sure you understand what I mean
Make this person real in your mind understand them

Where do they hang out on line. GO THERE !!

Then go and help them , enrich their lives?

Adopting this sort of approach can lead you into other areas and possibly sister sites if that is the right term.

Good luck!

I agree with John here. Writing to appeal to baby lovers is pretty simple. Some ideas for niche subjects are:

babies with gerd
teething tips and tricks
ditching the bottle
time for food/cereal
working moms
cloth diapers or pampers
babies with colic

There are so many inner niches to choose from. Babies have a wide subject range. So many useful pieces of information that you can snag and achieve. Ask moms! We know. Lol

Touche! Didn't even think about asking mom's lol! Thanks for the tip and feedback!

No problem. Baby subjects can be tough sometimes if you don't have any or if you are new to them. I was happy to help. =0)

Oh man you have a niche that you can write about for a lifetime! You just need to think outside the box a little and go into things that aren't even related to products. Once you have these articles, you can always direct them to a product in the end or something.

Try to help your readers find stuff even if it's free. Here are a couple of ideas to get you started and then you can go off and create your own.

Toddler toys
babies with stuff like eczema
baby bottles
single parents
etc

Your "niche" needs to revolve around something more specific and not just baby apparel, then you can always promote apparel within your article.

Add in stuff like burp rags other stuff at the end because once they get on sites like Amazon.com, they will have all types of products that will interest them and you will get paid on whatever it is they buy, even if it's a flatscreen tv!

Hope this helps!

Thanks for that! Really helped a lot! I knew I had a niche that was a great choice, my only problem is narrowing it down. I'll definitely take your feedback into consideration!

One thing you mentioned, how would I get paid if I refer for baby stuff and they buy a TV? I'm not too familiar with Amazon's affiliate program yet.

Thanks again!
All the best!

When your reader goes to Amazon through your affiliate link and they make a purchase, you get credit for it. It doesn't matter if they came there for baby diapers and for some strange reason they wanted something else, you will still get a commission for that product and other products the purchase.

Really? I thought your affiliate link is only embedded in the link for the product, and therefore disappeared if they wanted something else...

That's really great to know! Thanks!

Not at all man. It doesn't matter what they buy, you get paid. The thing is that cookies are only stored for like a month or something, so you won't get credit after that time period. It's just like if you put an Amazon ad on your site, some don't have specific products, but you will get credit if they clicked on that ad and bought something. With any niche you choose, your goal is to get them to the affiliate site of your choice and let their site do the rest!

I see. Well this venture of mine just got a lot more interesting lol. I'm learning so much everyday and can't wait till I have something to show for it!

Thanks to everyone for your help so far. I honestly didn't expect much feedback (at least not so quickly), but you've all helped more than you can think of lol

Hi Roshan. Disney is itself broad enough with some interesting niches possible like soft page type or pop up type books. Young mothers especially are more in tuned with early exposure to the 3 R's it seems. Also, how about making baby travel easier. I watched a dad at O'hare making baby formula with bottled water and powder for his twins amidst a sea of strollers and bags. Can't go wrong with toys. Kids love boxes!
