I transferred my website domain last week and was hoping to edit my site today but I cannot because I can't enable hosting. Any ideas how to fix this???
So what I wanted to do was transfer my domain from GoDaddy to WA.
First place I got stuck:
1- I needed to do was "unlock" my domain on GoDaddy through their manage setting.
This part was more obvious based on training:
2- After I successfully unlocked my domain I had to request my transfer domain code from GoDaddy. This was through the manage setting as well.
3- Once I got my code I could submit it to WA through domain transfer on Site Rubix.
The second place I got stuck:
4- After WA accepts your domain you need to make sure that you point the DNS to WA's hosting. The codes are on the same screen so its an easy copy & paste in your settings. This can take some time to transfer rights over. Several days even so be patient.
If you are going to transfer your website over, REMEMBER to back up your FTP content!!!!
Hey Rosey, can you please let us know how you did it so that if anyone else has the problem they willl know the fix :-)) cheers hun

When you go into SiteBuilder, you choose "On a Domain I Own" and then type your domain name into the box, choose your theme and go. If it has been several days and you're still having a problem, open up a ticket with SiteSupport.
