When I went into my WA account I found the set-up was changed. I just need access to navigational tutorials to find my way around.

2 days ago I logged into Wealthy Affiliate on my iPhone which uses safari. Later I tried to log into my computer on firefox and I couldn't but I found out I could log into safa

I recently had to reset my chrome browser because it bugged on me and couldn't login. When I clicked on login it came up it was a success and it straight away got back to login screen.

Reset seemed the only solution. When you reset your browser, you disable or remove all the plugins and you restore the default settings to the browser.

You can follow the guide at:
https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/refresh-firefox-reset-add-ons-and-settings

to refresh / reset the firefox browser.

Hi StevenEsser,

Same thing happens to me; after I click login, it shows success and then goes back to login.

I have already tried reset/refresh my firefox browser back to default but it still doesn't work.

Thanks for your reply; if you can think of anything else please let me know.

Have a great day

mmm not much different. There is of course the option to remove FireFox and to re-install FireFox.

I myself prefer Chrome anyhow. It seems as if Internet Explorer and FireFox are a bit behind with things lately, while Chrome has become the new standard. FireFox used to be the greatest browser, but it has been pushed out of the market by Chrome.

Steven

Hi StevenEsser,

Maybe I should try Chrome or just use Safari which is standard for my Apple Computer. Safari seems to work quite well. It's just that I've been using Firefox for years, and like anything else, it's hard to switch.

Again, thanks for your help.

It's funny how Wealthy Affiliate Support hasn't got back to me yet; an answer from the ticket I submitted. Oh well, I guess their busy with others.

I have a forwarding email address on site email; when I use "site comment" to comment on someone's website question my email address won't work. Which email address should I us

Hi Loes, I solved my problem,

I had to open my another email account before Gravatar would let me in; my forwarding email account through W.A. wouldn't
work.

Once inside Gravatar I added the email account I wanted, the one that's on my website. This email account now works at site comment.

Thanks for getting back to me on this issue; appreciate it.

Personal coaching was advertised when you switch to premium; can someone tell me where to find it.

Thank you

It is everywhere. When you go into chat you have immediate help from whomever is there. You have private messaging to any member. You are able to private message both Kyle and Carson. You are able to blog about any issues you have and receive private coaching and support from all the members.

You are expected to follow the training and whenever there is something you don't understand, you just give a shout out to any of us. You can also simply type a question into the search bar up above and have your questions answered in the appropriate classroom. The classrooms are on the left. Hover over them with your mouse to see just what is there.

Hope that this helps you some.

Thank you, at first, from the start up video I thought there was a specific area to go; now I know what to do.
Thank you again

Before, I had no problem watching the videos full screen. For some reason the system won't let me do it anymore. My firefox browser is updated. Did I push a wrong button somewhe

Wish I had noticed this the other day lol. I just made a post about it this morning as well and Carson was really quick to get back to me and let me know that they are still working on the problem and should be fixed sooner than later.
Jean

Hey guys,

This is Kyle's response:

"We are aware of this issue, it was caused by a code release on Wednesday morning and we will have these issues updated this AM. Thanks for your patience everyone, sometimes when we roll out new changes things like this can happen. We are all over this issue here!"

Hey everyone,

Many of us are having this problem. One member has submitted a support ticket regarding this issue and I've sent Kyle a message so hopefully we'll hear something back soon.

Keep an eye on the comments here: If and when we get a reply, we will post it here.

Thank you,
I have followed the exact same process with no response; hopefully we will hear something soon. I just started at Wealthy Affiliate and it's very frustrating not to be able to watch the videos.

There is a temporary fix you can try. Put the video in full screen mode. Then press 'Ctrl' and '+' at the same time. This will zoom you in so that it looks like the actual video is in full screen mode but the quality of the video isn't very good :-(

I tried; nothing happened. I'm using a Mac Computer

Ah ok. If you're using a Mac then it will be the 'Cmd' button instead of the 'Ctrl' button.

I thank you, it worked for me. I can now continue with the course. I hope in the meantime they fix the problem. Once again, your help is greatly appreciated.

You're welcome :-)

Whether I use Chrome or Firefox, I haven't been able to get videos to go full screen for a couple of days now.

Yes, I'm having the same problem, but why aren't the technical people at Wealthy Affiliate fixing the problem???

I just found out that if you go to full screen on HD and press the control and + button on a PC or the Command and + button if your on a Mac, you can adjust the size of the video. Have to press the - button to decrease the size. I hope it works for you, it did for me. Hopefully in the meantime they will get the problem straightened out.

I am having the same issue. Everything was fine yesterday and if I go back to previously watched videos, they are small as well. I have just signed up for Premium membership and the 'Welcome Video' plays in full screen fine and I can toggle between the two sizes no problem.
I have looked at the 'video help' link and it would appear a lot of people are having the same issue. I have cleared the cache, logged out and restarted my laptop and it is still the same.
I am using Chrome with Windows 8.1
Please post here if someone finds out some info :-)

Tim

UPDATE:-
I have tried the temporary fix shown elsewhere on this and the other thread.
On my laptop I press Ctrl and then press the + key or - key to zoom in and out. Make sure the video is playing in HD Mode and it is acceptable to watch. We can at least continue with the training :-)

I'm having the same issue. It makes the lesson a bit tricky to follow. I hope WA can find a solution quickly.

Martyn

I can't understand why they haven't done anything about it yet; it's as if no one is around.

Your right Tim, Asianaaa just told me the same thing; I tried it and it worked for me, now I can also continue with the training. I hope they fix the problem soon.

Glad it worked for you too. As you say, hopefully it will get sorted soon as a lot of people are having the same problem

Try going to full screen on HD and pressing "control and "+" if your on a PC or "command" and "+" if your on a Mac. The + and - button will control the size.
See if it works for you; just a quick fix until they rectify the problem.

I wish I could help but did the same thing to me maybe try a different browser?

Up until today, the browser I have, worked great; both my browser and flash are updated. Must be some little thing I did. I can go full screen on You tube or any other website that displays videos; it's only Wealthy Affiliate I'm have the problem with.
Thanks for your help
Tom

Can confirm. I thought it was something I did as well. Good to know I'm not the only one.

How long ago did it happen to you? It just started with me this morning. Did you ask for help; I sent Kyle a private message but he just refers me back to this site and I find that others like yourself have the same problem but I still don't have any answers on how to fix it.

I just noticed it today too. Currently experimenting looking for a way to fix it.

If you find a way let me know; if I find a way I'll let you know. Are you using a Mac computer?

Sure thing. And nope, I'm on Windows 7 Professional.

I'm on a Mac; It's certainly not our computers. Are you using Firefox as your browser, I am?

I'm using Google Chrome. I also just tested on another computer that is completely static and the same issue occurs (also uses Chrome).

Going to go ahead and assume it's an issue on WA's end at this point. Hopefully this will be noticed and taken care of. The videos happen to be an important part of a lot of the content.

Very important to all of us; hope somebody notices soon. Let me know if you find out anything; I'll do the same.

Hi,
I was told in the meantime, while the problem is being fixed to press the full screen button, make sure it's on HD and press: control and + if your on a PC or Command and + if your on a Mac. By moving the + and - button you can control the size.

Thanks, I'll definitely do that.

Appreciate everyone else's input as well.
