So the web site won't read any of my content changes....like title and tag line. It's just missing from settings page. How can I fix this?

So the web site won't read any of my content changes....like title and tag line. It's just missing from settings page. How can I fix this?
On the bottom part of each of your post/pages there is an area to add your meta title and meta discription just scroll down from your edit area.
Once I've started building the site?
You can change a theme at any time, but I would recommend you export the old one to your computer as a backup . The reason I say that is menus often disappear and you need a back up . How to Change Your Website Theme in Wordpress
