Basically, highlight the text that you want to have the link, then click the little chain icon above the text box, insert the URL of the link you want it to link to.

If you have Jaaxy who could do a keyword search on contractor scams then go to the domain availability which can give you some ideas. Do forget to get the .com ones if possible. Take care and be well.

I would choose the shorter one if it is available. Shorter domains are always more brandable and memorable (and they tend to rank a bit better).
