Hi, I think that it depends on your niche and ways to promote it. You need to be aggressive in spreading the word about it. People who earn money write reviews on real products. Anxiety and depression are conditions which do not call for action. You do not need to give up on your niche but try to look at it from the different angle: how to market it. I would not give up the site.
You are ranked (even good for 2 of the articles) and you get visitors.
Learn everything you can about keywords and SEO for articles. 7 SEO Strategies to Explode Your Rankings in 2018 is a good place to start.

Out of 130 articles, I rank 2 of them on the first page.
This is a whole lot of work for so little reward.
I have not made any money on my website either.
Many people here make 500$ to 1000$ after about 6 to 12 months and get a few hundreds of visitors a day.
I am not even close, honestly.
