I hope you get some help. In my case, I didn't. I forgot to cancel Jaaxy annual membership in October and notified WA as soon as Paypal took the money. No response or refund to a request for cancellation even on the same day, even a prorated refund later for the Black Friday was not considered

I see you've been here for a long time, friend. I would think you'd know the answer by now, unless things have changed. But as far as I know, there isn't any refund.

You could contact support and explain your situation. Even if you're planning to downgrade back to premium, I don't think you can get that refund.

Was your membership a yearly membership? If yes, then that might not be a refund. If no, you can always downgrade and continue with the monthly subscription with just premium.

Don't panic... yet.

If you have a backup file of your website, then simply create a new temp site on the SiteRubix server and install THAT backup file into the temp site... retrieve that post... and then delete the temp site you.

This is why it is so important to keep backup files.

If you are using the block editor, Jay has said in the past if you create post/page in Google Docs which has good error correction & when you get to the point it can be dropped right in the Block editor. Then you have to add the images but you will always have a backup from that point to work from. Sorry about your problem but many of us have already beat you too it, join the club!

If you delete a document from word or some other document source, chances are it's gone.

If you simply trashed it, you can retrieve from trash with the click of a button and restore the document.

When in doubt, contact site support.
If you keep your history, you might get lucky be looking through the web browser hx as well as the theme hx. Revisions are kept for each page to use.

Elementor page builder has a useful history that I've used to revert back to the last place before deleting or changing the content.

Apologies for you having so much trouble and I understand your frustration.

However you may like edit elsewhere, for example Google docs.

We do edit in Grammarly, and already checked for grammar and spelling and plagiarism, and so we just paste it plain and do quick formatting before we upload our blog post, of course choosing few tag names and editing title.

Perhaps this is better for you saving you struggling.

Kindly let us know if you were to figure out your situation, I don't think it can be retrieved once deleted.

You can get it back within a certain time frame. But the longer you wait, the more expensive it can become to reinstate it. That is if no one else claims that domain name in the meanwhile.
