I have been using LeadsLeap for a while, but recently had cancelled my account with them. Here's a review I wrote about it, I hope it answers your question. You can read it here: http://websitesreviews.myfavsites.com/leadsleap/

Thanks for sharing your experience about LeadsLeap Vinh. Although I agree on many points you are explaining in your blog post, there are still a few positive points that I'd like to refer to:

1 - Unfortunately you are not using the free popup creator to give your opinion on it. I am using it and find it much nicer than many paid popup creators I have used so far during my many years of Internet Marketing, and the choice of templates is quite expansive and attractive. I use it to get signups to my free Internet marketing course which is one of my main sources of referrals to WA.

2 - I agree with you that people are clicking on your ads to get points in order for their ads to be shown, but that's the nature of traffic exchange. If your ads are attractive, once in a while you will have a referral to the business you are promoting. Several of my WA referrals came from LeadsLeap and are at the same time Pro Members in my LeadsLeap down-line.

3 - I agree with you regarding their PPC program, I have never been successful with it.

4 - The fact that you have discovered free members in your down-line that turn out to be Pro members, I have never thought of that but I will do a check on my down-line (nearly 300) and if I spot some irregularities I will certainly bring it to the attention of the owners and will add an update on the review I wrote about LeadsLeap a while ago on my website.

To recapitulate, I have never depended on LeadsLeap to make a living, maybe some members do, but personally as a Pro member I am happy with what I get out of it, it pays for itself, it gets me visitors to my websites, referrals to my WA account, it is totally "set and forget", and from time to time I withdraw the excess commissions I have in my balance, so what can I say?

I like your website by the way Vinh, thanks for sharing.

John

I have been using LeadsLeap for years to get quality traffic to my various businesses but it is best to upgrade to PRO otherwise you need to spend a lot of your time clicking ads for credit.

Even as a free member you have access to many tools for free which are very useful for your websites, such as capture pages, pop ups, etc.

The Pro status is quite cheap and paid for once you have signed up 3 Pro members. I am only using it for the tools which already got me many referrals at WA, and still making money on top of it doing nothing about it.

Cheers,

John

Just having traffic is one thing...having quality traffic that converts to sales is different! Any site that claims to be "revenue sharing" and lead generating is a red flag. Sounds like something I'd avoid.

Thanks, appreciate the feedback!

Ok, will check it out,

Thanks!!

According to this post it is legitimate. http://onlineearningmentor.com/leads-leap-2-0-review-is-it-a-scam-or-legit

I use LeadsLeap to generate credits to use for split testing, nothing more serious than that... it takes a lot of surfing to grab credits, but I do it while I'm watching TV on my iPad.

WA Affiliate Program

Hi everyone,

Do any of you know if a referral can be tracked? I want to know where someone clicked on the WA affiliate link?

Thanks for the help!

Ninene<

Wow! Thanks a lot everyone for all the great help!

I was wondering the same. Thank you all for posting!

Pretty link is a great way to track clicks, but you do have to make a separate tracking for EACH link. You cannot put a bunch of links on a page and have a program tell you which one was clicked.

WA also has tracking available but it's just for WA links: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/share/links

Here are ten methods to accomplish your objective Ninene. https://www.searchenginejournal.com/10-affiliate-marketing-tracking-software-platforms/120805/

Hi Ninene,

There are many many programs/sites for tracking aff links.
"Link Tracking" section on the left side in wealthy affiliate also can help you. Also, clickmeter.com is a famous site for tracking links.

Hi everyone,

I am in the process of registering with CJ, but what is the difference between an advertiser or a publisher?

Thanks!

Ninen

Thanks, it's very clear now.
Appreciate the help everyone!

The Advertiser pays for the ads and the Publisher publishes the ads on her website.

Just as Juneyo says:

Advertiser - If you want other people to promote your own product, you list your product on CJ or other affiliate networks

Publisher - If you want to advertise a product (someone else's product) on your website

It is confusing, it sounds like it should be the other way round.

If you are an affiliate marketer, then you pick 'Publisher'

Based on my understanding,
Advertiser = You advertise your own product to CJ if you have one
Publisher= You advertise other people’s product/service on your website.

If you want to just promote people’s products, then choose a publisher.

Commission junction advertiser or publisher?

Hi everyone!

One of my post's heading is 'what IS keywords?'

I know it's wrong grammatically but I see there is a lot more searches and traffic for 'what is keyword

Here's my training on this subject: I hope it helps! I always try to write for PEOPLE, not search engines!

Thanks Nathaniell, you surely have an ace up your sleeve for almost everything

My thoughts....Make sure the page or post is grammatically correct, but you could use the incorrect one in your keywords.

Personally I would also go for correct grammar because if I were to read something which was grammatically incorrect, I would click away to the next site :) Just my thoughts, (for what they are worth!)

Such a great community! Really getting a lot of help. A big thanks to everyone!

Google will amend the grammar anyway so even if someone types in 'what is keywords' Google will interpret it as 'what is a keyword' (as the screenshots in one of the comments below shows) sometimes they will also prompt the searcher ... did you mean.

The other thing you need to think about is not just ranking, but you want people to click through and read your article. If you are playing on a grammar phrase like Marion mentioned you may get away with it so long as Google shows that first line in your meta description, otherwise people are more likely to click through onto something that is grammatically correct and shows that you know what you are talking about.

Never thought of it that way, but it makes sense.
Thanks for the help!

There are several places in your blog post wherein you can put your main keywords as well as your secondary keywords. Your main keywords should be grammatically correct, and must be the one to be used in headlines. Use the other one, in first paragraph, or last paragraph of your post, by using creativity on how to insert them.

I would personally never use 'what is keywords' or any other incorrect keyword phrase. Google is incredibly smart these days and knows the user is pretty much looking for the same answer. Keywords are really just indicators anyway. Websites rank for those keywords due to quality content and an authoritative website. In my opinion, a lot of readers are going to think that sounds a little strange, I know I would.

To illustrate this further, check out the screenshots I took. The same 3 websites are ranking for "what is keywords" AND "what is a keyword". The phrase "what are keywords" returned different results but the point is correct grammar is always the way to go for a particular phrase.

Thats my experience anyway. Hope this helps :)

Yes its extremely helpful!
Thanks a lot

I would use 'what is keywords' and then in the first paragraph I would say something like 'or perhaps I should say what ARE keywords'.

I like that Marion...I hadn't thought about using the first line to explain the title.

Great idea! Thanks!

Totally agree with FHagstrom. You may want to refer the thread below.
