Hover over "Posts" then you will see categories. You can create new categories and add posts to them. Then you can add categories to a menu. All You Need to Know about Categories in WordPress

You're looking in the right place.
In the Menus area under Appearance, on the left-hand side you can click Categories (assuming you've got some categories set up),
select the categories you want to add to the menu and click the Add To Menu box. That will add the Category headings as Menu items. Then you can move them about as you like as for any other Menu item.

Hi. I haven't gotten a response from Kyle or Carson. I tried upgrading for the promotion of premium plus (I am a premium member). I put my credit card in and it took my money
Hi, you can try Kyle and Carson on their pages. Click Private Message and choose Billing and Membership.
The do come in LC -- Hope you get it resolved sooner

I would go by what Loes is telling you. If you get stuck she will guide you more this lady is brilliant at what she does. I am an avid follower of all her training and posts too.

I do believe Loes adds more training on this as your site is from before you can add in other things so it doesn't looks so terrible. Let me see if she has other training for you.

I'm not understanding something. In a post, Kyle said that Jaaxy is now part of WA. If I'm paying monthly for premium membership with WA, why am I still paying $19 a month fo
Since you were already paying, they automatically moved you up to the next level. If you want to not pay and go with what you had before (which is free through WA), you would need to cancel with Jaxxy.

You are getting more features with pro ($19/m) vs Lite (included in WA premium). You can compare plans to see if you need the pro features or if you would be ok with lite.
From WA if you have Jaxxy connected, click the jaxxy link on left and choose the option to manage or upgrade plan. This will show you a price feature comparison table.
Then you have to click the button to downgrade from pro to Jaaxy lite, pro is still a paid for version, lite is free
