I firmly believe we have about the best technical support team on the planet. Every report I've seen shows

  1. quick turnaround time
  2. accurate identification of the problem and
  3. stellar customer satisfaction
  4. dealing with the most difficult platforms

5. and routine problems


There's no one else I would rather trust my valuable websites with.

Their support is going to be even more valuable in the months ahead. Allowing for averaging with 1 and 1/2 million overall members if 2% need assistance that's 30,000 websites a year to assist with!

Onward and upward with he greatest team ever!

We also should definitely avoid using Site Support unless we really need it. That's an interesting statistic, 2% = 30,000!

Given the number of sites they currently support I would agree with you Mike. At times they can be slow but when it matters most I have had responses very quickly and far better than other places I have seen.

They certainly have a lot on their plate.
We should assist them by keeping certain questions within Live Chat or classroom comment streams, etc.
Let's keep their plates clean of the stuff we can handle within the community.

Nothing but praise for the Tech Team here. I had all of my sites hosted with another company for 10 years, and I grew to loathe them. lol When I came aboard with WA in September, it didn't take long at all until I decided to move all of those sites here. WA has awesome support that is a breath of fresh air! :-)
