Hi Há,
Are you sending email via WA Webmail? We've been working hard to maintain high email delivery as the major email platforms like Gmail and Hotmail have increased the requirements for accepting mail. They require DKIM signed emails, which is a layer of security which confirms the origin of the email. If you're using our Webmail here in WA, then your email will be DKIM signed and also have SPF records which are the two gold standard methods of confirming that email is legitimately sent from the email address it says it's from.
Let us know how you are sending mail. Email "Forwards" will not work any longer, so if you've got an email Forward, you're going to want to delete that forward and re-create it as a Webmail box here in WA.
Let us know if you're using WA webmail, or an email forward.
Thank you for your reply, Carson.
I usually use Thunderbird but I recently tried to send from WA Webmail chris@chrisroda.com and Chris@imyth-x.com to Chris@imyth-x.com, chris@chrisroda.com and SirLordRudeypunk@gmail.com. Both message were reported as sent but none of the messages arrived.
They were not email Forwarded either.

I just discovered the outgoing servers claim mail is being sent out. However, no message are being received.
Is there something wrong with the outgoing mail servers?
What email service provider do you use?
