I asked this question a couple of years ago. Kyle doesn't recommend no follow links and doesn't believe they help or bring any value.

Stop worry about "what the experts say" and simple Google search the topic, read through a few posts and make a decision for yourself. That way you will become an expert.

It is lengthily, but DO make sure to read through and listen to the entire post before making your decision.
Meta description and meta title are not compulsory but I always add them. Meta keywords are obsolete and some themes do not have this option or it can be switched off.
Tags are supposed to be there. I have posts ranked to page 1 in Google through tags. There are texts by Marcus1978 about tags. Do not miss to use them, I am usually with 3-5 per post.
I do not understand the duplicate meta tags issue.

As long as your Title and meta description are in place, then you are good to go. I personally find that tags and meta keywords are a waste. Tags also make urls a nightmare.

I ran a check on my website and it said one problem was that it was being re directed from https://www.mysite to https://mysite .
Anyone know what causes this ?
When WA set up web hosting, the use of the www part of the url was eliminated. Try eliminating the www from whatever tracking format you are using. Just set up the tracking with https://yoursite.com.
