Developing a Business Plan
You are at at point where you have the niche, you have the tools, and you have a website, but do you have a plan? As businessmen/women we must have a plan for the business we are building. Creating an online website with the intention to write content and make a profit in the long-run qualifies for a business and as a business owner, you have to create a strategy to help you stay on top of things.
Sooner or later, you are going to see that your website is going to begin attracting consumers and you will begin generating some income. Some important subjects are going to arise such as What is my next move? Do I want to invest in my business? What can I use this new capital for? All of this can be addressed before it becomes an issue or a headache.
A business plan helps owners address all of the business stages. More importantly, you will begin to understand what is going to happen before it does. As your business evolves, it reaches a new stage at which point you could have a predetermined call to action or find yourself trying to figure out the next move.
Even if this business was built as a hobby there is a chance that it can become a nice performing niche. Some people will not want to follow through as the business begins taking off which is why you need to plan ahead in order to sell your business once you are able to monetize it.
The second part of this tutorial, I will help you start working on your own personalized business plan. I will do all the necessary research to provide you with all the free tools you will need to develop an accurate business plan. Moreover, I will explain to you how to create a strategy along with the plan to cover all the cycles of your business.

I am still holding at one site, going to start another but wanted to make sure I had this one where I wanted it. :))
With my several sites, its hard to keep every site rolling like it should, but I am working on a steady businessplan to do at least one positive thing on all my sites every week:)
You are working on your discipline and that is the right direction when you have several projects going at the same time. Perhaps you can attempt to assign a particular day to one particular site. Maybe you can assign two to one day if you feel you can push enough content for both.
I would then suggest to allow one day per week to work on all of your site stats to keep them running properly and maintain any errors and whatnot. The trick is finding a routine that works best for you.

I have a plan for my site but I keep getting distracted by the "pretties". I swear my mind goes a million places a day. My next job...focus, breathe...focus.
Don't worry. I think we all go through that phase, but eventually you will begin identifying the things that work best on your site as opposed to pretties. It gets better with time and discipline.
