There are websites vanished from my WA dashboard, and I am not the only one.

Thanks for the heads up, Loes. Luckily all my websites are there. Just in case, I wrote all the logins down as well as the Details page, where you can find the FTP login details.

Thanks Loes for the warning, I can see now that one of my sites has vanished. The name is there but says "no wordpress website installed". Luckily it's a dormant site that I haven't logged in for a while. Other sites I seem to be able to log in. Thank you!

So you can work on your website even when it is not displayed on the site manager

If anyone has their website vanish from the SiteManager, please PM me immediately with their missing sites and I will investigate. This is a very isolated issue.
