So I have an affiliate link that I am going to promote using several different e-mail lists. How do I add a tracking link so I know which list is producing the best results?</
Your autoresponder will usually give you stats on open rates and click-through rates. And you can use the Pretty Links plugin to count clicks. Prettylinks are Pretty Links

I would personally set up different Pretty Links from different sites.
EG, one tracking link from your website, one from your mailing list, one from your diffeerent social media etc - You can then see where the clicks are coming from.
