Starting a niche you do not know much about, but it's a niche of successful people here and on the internet and they are making money with it, so you think you can lift along. Choose a niche of your interest, not a niche of the interest of others because you will run out of blogging ideas very soon.

3. Try it on your own
Not asking for help, but ploughing for days to solve problems which probably can be resolved within minutes when you ask for help.

4. Sit back and wait
Thinking your website is ready with 5 pages and 10 posts. And then sit back for a couple of weeks and complaining it doesn't work. Yes, you are right, it doesn't work that way. You need to conquer the niche you are in with lots of blogs.
Enter "30 days" in the search bar, and you will find lots of blogs here of people who have committed themselves to this challenge.

Before you do so: Do a keyword research for 30 keywords/keyword phrases and write down 30 titles/subjects you want to blog about.
5. Get distracted
Try to keep up the same spirit and enthusiasm you felt when you started. Be honest, how did you take off and what are you doing right now?
What were your money goals? And how many hours were you willing to work on your website? Does the starting point still fits your actions now?
