Just happened to have this conversation with my sister yesterday morning about the pain she was suffering due to, Arthritis.

There is a theory that there is no such thing's as coincidences. Well be it as may later yesterday evening I had to comment on a page dealing with Arthritis. It was a page filled with knowledge and executed in an easy to read fashion. Even though, it was someone's web page I don't think I am allowed to share the URL.

The four sisters I have suffer from this painful condition. It has escaped my brother and I. In reading the information from this persons page I found out that in some case's Arthritis may take ten to fifteen years to manifest itself.

Prevention through diet and exercise was a key factor in reducing the significant pain caused by, Rheumatoid Arthritis.

I hope the following info graphics may be able to help someone who may be suffering from arthritis, and also people who suffered from gout, or any inflammatory disease.

I thank you for reading my post and wish you good health.

All the best,

Michael

Arthritis CAN be cured. I am proof.
A mixture of chinese herbs used to be sold under the label of
"arthritis ease" go here https://tabakshealthproducts.com/arthritis-ease.html

Also To keep it gone I use "devils claw" avail at most health foods stores

Hi, thank you for the information. It is my personal belief most diseases can be created. Most have become accustomed to band aid cures keeping the pharmaceutical companies very rich.

Please do not get me wrong, Yes for certain diseases we do need medication

Devil's claw has been around for a long time. I know my dad used it and it certainly did alleviate his pain.

All the best,
Michael.

Yep, I have it. I believe we have discussed it before. I've had two knees and a hip replaced. I take turmeric twice a day and some other supplements. The thing that has helped the most is CBD oil.

Hi Fran, the turmeric helps in many ways, in this it is the inflammation caused by arthritis. CBD oil certainly has helped a lot of people.

Glad to hear you are doing better.

All the best,
Michael

Great post Michael.

I will add my 2 cents worth.

Some time ago I had an injury to my hand, this developed into arthritis.

I always try to assist my health naturally wherever possible. Pumping pills may result in further complications.

Michael your images in your post triggered this response from me.

I am a 77 year old man who takes a morning dose of: Braggs Organic Cider Vinegar + powdered form of turmeric + cinnamon + topped off with ground black pepper.
It does not have a great taste - but hey I believe it helps with my hands & my health.

The increased pecking away at the keyboard writing in WA has not affected my hands, & I am not game to stop taking my daily dose, should I suffer a recurrence of arthritis plus other problems.

I suggest to Google a couple of the ingredients in the images on this post, you will be surprised.

I also enjoy Ginger tea, & do not consume any sugar or soft drinks.
Just check how much sugar is in a small can of Coke!

This is excellent Denis. What you are taking is excellent. I always put a stick of cinnamon when I brew up a fresh batch of coffee.

I plan on doing a review on Braggs Organic Apple cider Vinegar as I too use it on a daily basis.

Best of health to you,
Michael

Good to hear Michael,

Not used the cinnamon stick in my coffee - will give it a whirl

Great information, thanks Michael.

I am not into taking too many pills and prescriptions for ailments. But I have suffered tremendously from bursitis, joint pain and other similar problems.

Too get instant relief, I rub down my joints with a product called BioFreeze. It is a bit expensive compared to other creams and balms, but it works to get some immediate relief.

For the bursitis, I finally had to go to a sports doctor and get an injection just underneath my shoulder joint. Actually, it was two injections....one to anesthetize the area for the joint injection, and the other injection which was deep into the shoulder area.

Haven't had bursitis problems for years since the injections, but rainy weather does bring on some occasional pain. A couple of aspirin takes care of that.

BioFreeze isn't available in many stores, but I would swear by the product.

Thank you for the information on the, " BioFreeze" product you use to ease the pain.

Just wondering if you got cortisone injections for your bursitis. Are you a very active person, sports and so on when you are not feeling any pain.

It is amazing how many health ailments are caused by INFLAMMATION. Bursitis and Osteoarthritis is mainly caused by repetitive use of a certain part of your body where joints are concerned. There are these small, fluid-filled sacs around the joints that run dry, and the lack of lubrication creates excessive friction. Hence causing the pain.

I am glad to hear the injections have worked for you. Diet is an important factor for you also.

Wishing you the best of health.
Michael

Thanks for the information Michael. I will have to try some of them out.

Derek

I've been fortunate to get as far as my 70's with minimal pain from arthritis

That is great to hear Mike. Whatever you are doing you are doing right.

All the best,
Michael

Thank you for sharing.

I have bursitis and it is terrible. I have found many things that help. Thanks for sharing this. There are many natural treatments that are amazing. I was just doing keyword research on one product that I can't live without. I will be adding a post to my site about it.

Bookmarked my friend, thank you. I had forgotten all about Turmeric, so good.

Please try not to forget it again. Actually it works on almost anything and everything.
Thanks Twack

You're welcome and I agree totally. I remember reading about it, I even have some left in one of the cupboards and keep thinking I'll get round to ordering some more. I will go and put the bottle on the side so I don't forget to re-order.
