Is there a specific training modual explaining the steps to add the google ownership verification co
Apparently, each time I get a notice to update my theme and I respond with an update, the update to the header.php file removes the Google code that verifies I am the owner of
I think you would be better using a child theme which is never updated and it holds all this information, you can still update the parent theme but you dont lose the info

I have discovered the Secret Sauce! Although it has nothing to do with the google algorithm, it sure makes smoked meats loads better! :)
I have learned google will do google things until it ends up eventually googling itself up beyond repair.

Yeah, I had a look at the article. Lots of interesting contradictions. No real surprises there.
Always remember, Google looks after its own interests first, like most businesses. 😎

Their future depends on their customers, and many Mega-businesses have vanished by slighting their customers.
It is a two-way street, or should be. However, I see Google with an attitude that says "It's our way, or the highway."

Hi - you can actually remove it yourself. Within the comment you will see a little drop-down arrow, on the right. Click that to see the Delete option.
