Hi - no, it's not just for Premium Plus. You definitely don't have any tracked rankings set up?

Thank you Scott. I can't put a ticket in to site support, they only take it for a website. There is nowhere else to put a ticket into as far as I know.

Rarely get an answer that way though and site support won't do anything unless it's directly to do with a website.
I was hoping someone who uses it regularly knows something about it.
