The analytic and the AdSense always giving me different readings for the same period of time. Why?

Looks like Aurorasa has you covered.

Did you set up a rule in analytics not to track your own clicks? Could that account for the difference? Here is google 2 cent on this: https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/ 6090783?hl=en
Pls remove the blank in the link

Thank you, I will.

The comments on my website look strange. Nice words, true websites but the amount do not match the visitors number according to google analysis. Is this scam? I heard about the

Click on their website address and see where it takes you if nowhere it is spam. If it is a legit website then ok.

If their are links on them they're probably spam.

Thank you, no links, no advertising, only a lot of comments without matching traffic. The problem is how to differentiate between the spam or automated comment and a genuine one?

Without seeing the posts I couldn't tell, but if there aren't any links on them, what's the sense of posting them if they're spam? Some bots do post automated comment for various reasons. You have full control. If you're not comfortable with the posts, remove them.

When I look at my comments I look to see if they show interest in my site, or are they selling something or loaded with links. You want them to interact with your site not sell.As for a scam most are probably automated and of no use make sure Askimet are catching these

Thank you. They look related and nice, but they should appear in the traffic first right?

If they are not appearing in your traffic, most likely they are automated and no one visited your site. I hope this helps

Thank you. The problem now how to differentiate between the genuine comments and the rest?

I don't reply or approve all of my comments. I am looking for comments that are related to my content, and from their comment you should be able to tell if they have read your content, and adding something relevant. those are the comments I approve and respond to. You want to make a connection with someone who is interested in what you have to say

If you are using Askimet, spam should go directly to the spam area within your comments.

Thank you, I am using it, but the comments are much more than the traffic, can anyone enter to comment without get registered in google analytic?

I started to recieve those offers about guaranteed traffic when you pay , is that for real? Does Google like it?

Paid traffic could be great if you have a way to monetize your traffic.

If you don't I would suggest staying away from paid traffic for now.

Here are my favorite sources: https://ppcmode.com/paid-traffic/

There are various opinions, think if it was a trusted paid campaign might be ok, however the SEO we already have with in here does just as good a job and is free, you really want relevant people on your site as it is just about clicking an ad could just cause an increase on your bounce rate

Thank you, I agree with you, relevant people are the aim. I wish you all the best.

You need to be very very careful whom you buy it from. There are vendors out there - many of them - who send traffic from India and other third world countries. These people are paid pennies, or fractions of pennies to click on ads and will never buy anything. The only thing this kind of traffic will do for you is to increase your bounce rate. Any vendor that guarantees traffic is suspect. Solo ads from list owners , like from Safe Swaps need to be looked at very carefully. Lots of shady vendors lurk there.

Thank you for the valuable advice. I refused, but I was afraid may I am missing something here. Thank you for making that so clear.

Hi L. I think your answer has ben covered well here. With Google Analytics you can tract the source of the clicks. If you can find someone with a quality list of people genuinely interested in your niche then maybe it's worth considering. The only offers to consider would be the ones who would send out an ad to their list. You write the ad so any clicks should be in response to what you write. You certainly cannot wait around for Google to give you the love of rankings.

Thank you, I am doing this with twitter, but I was wondering if was missing something important, now I am sure about refusing that. All the best.

It will increase traffic but also your bounce rate.

Thank you bsmith for the valuable advice. I need to drag attention not just traffic. ALL THE BEST.

PPC (paid per click) marketing can be worthwhile, but you must learn to do it effectively, otherwise it can burn a whole in your pocket before you blink. With any type of paid traffic, it is crucial to be able to track your links when you pay for traffic to make sure the traffic is being delivered and is coming from genuine sources. ~Jude

Ah didnt even think it could be pay per click because they said someone was GUARANTEEING them traffic if they paid for it. So it completely went off my radar lol nice suggestion. I was thinking of like those companies that have you pay 100 bucks and promise to get you like 10000 visitors etc.

Hi Jude! -

How are you?

I got the impression that Lamia (maybe wrongly) - wasn't asking about 'real' ppc like adwords -- If I thought he was I would have answered him differently! :)

Hi Jean! -

How are you?

It's good to see that GREAT minds really do think alike! :)

David and Jean, You both answered it correctly and I should have made that clear in my comment. I was adding a bit more to the discussion....lol. ~Jude

It most certainly isn't -- But having said that I have never been tempted to use Adwords!
I have however used Facebook ads -- And lost money!

Adwords - Facebook ads - any paid traffic you REALLY need to know what you're doing! :)

I am sure you were crystal clear Jude! :)

Thank you Jude. This is a valuable advice.I believe in targeted traffic, but I thought maybe I am losing something here BY IGNORING THE OFFERS.All the best.

Greetings, Lamia:

I agree with the other posters. I have done it and got some additional hits, but no quality hits. You want someone to find you doing a relevant search on Google and come to your site wanting to make a purchase.

Many of the pay per click hire bored individual to click on sites that are sent to them. Not good quality to say the least.

The good news is that Wealthy affiliates trains one how to develop quality visits to your site. This is the main thrust of what is taught here, in my opinion. And it does work.

Be patient and be consistent and you will find your dream!

Great Success to you

Hi Lamia! -

How are you?

NEVER pay for Traffic!

There are NO SHORTCUTS - when creating a successful online business!

Save your money my friend -- These programs are SCAMS!!

Thank you, I wanted to make sure, when you have those offers all the time while you are still new you could be confused. My aim is the targeted audiences. All the best.

Hi Lamia! -

You need to start the Great training here at Wealthy Affiliate before you can decide what direction you wish to take your marketing efforts in! :)

The problem about paid traffic is that the traffic can literally come from everywhere. For example if i pay someone to tweet my site their 50k followers there is no way to no if there followers are actually interested in what i have on my site. So while my traffic may indeed increase, it accomplished almost nothing as the conversion rate for random people just appearing on a random site is super low.
I would much rather focus on organic traffic from specific keywords/phrases because i know the people that end up on my site at least have some sort of basic interest in the information i have on my site which of course increases the rate of them staying to read more and increases the odds of them clicking through my offers and buying my products.

Thank you, I AGREE. I would prefer to receive the targeted audience rather than massive but not real traffic. I wanted to make sure by asking. All the best.

Help me lease dear friend since yesterday a stranger is posting adult material in my website ,I have trashed it twice but it keeps coming back ,I logged him out but how to prev

Thank you ,,the tick was not there , the problem with the posts not the comments .the problem is not solved yet . Appreciated .

Hi Lamia, Even though this solution mentions the discussion and comments it affects the posts and your whole website. By inviting people to become members of your website you are allowing them to make changes, add content and literally do what they want on your site.

Closing this link down and deleting all administration rights, but not your own, will stop anyone from abusing your site.

I think you have sorted the problem now, but I just wanted to explain how it all works.

All the best.
Lis.

I think I know what your problem is, try this:

1) Go into your dashboard
2) Go to settings
3) Click on discussion
4) In the page that opens you will see 'Other Comment Settings'
5) You need to click on the box next to 'Users must be registered and logged in to comment' to unselect it and get rid of the tick.

Save and this will secure your site from intruders.

Let me know how you get on.

Lis.

Do you mean comments or actual posts.
If its posts why on earth do you allow other people to put their posts on YOUR site advertizing and promoting their products.
Robert

Thank you , I did not allow any one ,they register their names and start to post , just like that ,,, and they are from all over the world . I Iogged them out and trash the posts but the problem is still there . I reseted the password several times now . No promotions , only posts

Ok. I will have a wee look at my wordpress and get back to you later coz I am going to have something to eat right now so catch you later if you're still around.
Robert

Thank you Robert ,, appreciated . I think the problem is with word press coz they keep registering . I will be right here waiting .

You must have the - anyone can register box ticked in your wordpress. Going to send you a PM in a minute or two.
Robert

some themes have a function in the back office that allows you to block specific visitors.,Take a look. Otherwise, hopefully someone else will come up with a better suggestion.

Thank you for the help .I changed the password and logged them out . They were five strangers so far . I think my website's theme does not has this option . Appreciated . All the best .

ok well i want people to be able to do like that, and on my site they got to add email and i got to approve each post, I am not sure how you add it,it came set that way. How do you make it so they do not got to be approved? i turned off spam thing, and it says anyone can post. But i get commits to moderate before they go live.

The google adsense is active in my site but it does not show to my visiters I do not know why ?

Make sure you do not have Ad Blocker enabled. They won't show up if it is

Thank you ,they are all disabled .

You might get some ideas why it's not showing here : https://support.google.com/adsense/answer/1208336

Thank you , the problem is I can see it is active in my site but it is still invisible for my visiters . The adsense is there for two days now .Does it need more time to be visible for the visiters?

I would say ask google. I do have google ads on my site which is not visible in Manager But I can see them from a different system. I am sure Google will be able to help with yours.

Thank you . I did . But the problem is still there .May be it needs time to be visible to the viewers ?

I am surprised that Google was unable to help. Try live chat, you will get some ideas there too.
