I received my log in information to log into the ftp. I do not know where to go to log in. Just learning about ftp. Can anyone help? I am not getting a reply from Kyle or Carso

Yes you will need to use a service like Filezilla. It's been some time since I've had to use it but do let me know if you need help with this or anything else.
I did get access to my files and then was on the phone with bluehost to upload it to them, but as of yet, still don't have the content on my site
Did bluehost give you a timeframe for the transfer? Have you been in touch with SiteSypport here for help?

Yes, she would need to join WA premium at which point she will be able to host and transfer the website here to WA.
I assume she is hosting the site outside of WA. Some type of websites can be converted to WP, and some cannot.
Is she a Premium member? If so, I'd suggest that she put in a Site Support ticket, give them the details of her website and they can best advise on the options. ~Jude

If the other site is not a WordPress site, it can't be transferred easily.
That person would have to copy/paste all her content manually.
So she would have to create a website here first and then create the posts and pages and then copy the content manually.
While it is possible that way, it can be very time consuming if she has a big site.
If it's only a few pages then it wouldn't take too long.
I did that once for my mom.
Simply highlighted here text, copied it, and pasted it into pages and posts on the new website one by one.
She just has to make sure that she saves everything on her computer first before she changes the hosting.
Or all her content might get lost.

When you are using the SiteComments platform, your goal is to add to the dialogue of the content and to be highly relevant to the content within the post.
If the post is about "how to lose weight fast online", then your comment should be about this exact topic. Ask a question, offer insight into your experiences within the topic, etc. You ARE NOT critiquing a website, you are not commenting on how you like the layout and you are do not want to comment things like "Great post" as it offers no value.

I have confused feedback (which is internal) right? with comments which are seen by everyone? Am I getting that right?

Don't worry. After Kyle has reset it, you will go forward knowing the difference between a comment and feedback. I have been there
Linda you do know you can actually buy comments for your own posts. Cut out the middle man so to speak.
Then you can disapprove them until you get good ones.
This is what i do because there are some not very nice people here at WA.
I give quite a few a very wide berth.
Get back to me if you're still stuck.

No probs and buying comments is just as good as giving them but without the risk of having your ones disapproved.
Its nice to give comments on other member's sites as well so if you combine the two methods then at least you definitely get the ones you pay for.
