Change is coming.
And this time, it's not just an incremental update. We are about to go through our biggest leap yet in our 18 year history as we prepare for our most ambitious shift yet. After all, staying ahead of the game requires adaptability, and an acceptance of change.
We are fully committed to this principle. That’s why we are going to be making many strategic shifts as we enter into the new world of "AI Assisted" businesses.
This naturally means that we are going to be overhauling our core training platforms - OEC and Bootcamp. We’re infusing a fresh take into these platforms, enhancing the processes , performance, and user experience. This is far more than cosmetic changes or interface tweaks. We are going go to be reimagining our "core" from the inside out.
All of this is going to be starting this November. The changes the platform goes through here is going to be a thoughtful, phased rollout. Our immediate and ongoing focus is to maximize YOUR benefits and provide the support you need to get accustomed to our new offerings.
But why the need for this substantial transition?

Training. It's more than just information. Training is required to take you from newbie to intermediate, intermediate to expert...and then somewhere beyond where you are in a position to be a leader within the industry.
Our core training platforms, OEC and Bootcamp, are set for a complete refresh. With our new technology coming, and the new ways in which you will be constructing your business, this is an absolute requirement.
While it's crucial to adapt and evolve, we also understand the value these platforms have already brought to countless entrepreneurs. That's why our fresh take is all about enhancing our existing process, and in some cases removing processes altogether that were once time-consuming, mundane, and will no longer be needed.
In my 21 years in business, not a lot has changed in the basic fundamentals of building a business and affiliate marketing. Technology has evolved around those "core" principles, but affiliate marketing, customers, and even the basis of what drives Google algorithms or the core virtues of building success haven't changed much.
We are building a bridge between the tried-and-tested, to our new innovative approach.
Change is not always comfortable, but it's vital. Without it, we succumb to complacency, redundancy, stagnation. We believe you're worth more than that. This transformation... it's for YOU....because your success is our success.
A New Approach to Research, Content Architecture, and the Actual Content.

Shying away from change has never been an option, and if you have been with us here at Wealthy Affiliate for any amount of time, you will know that we have gone through constant evolution here.
I mean in all reality, we started as a "keyword list" site back in 2005, to becoming an all-encompassing online business platform from the education, tools, websites, hosting, AI, community and mentorship...and leading the affiliate marketing industry.
This is another evolution (and a very big one).
Some of the key things that we are going to be focusing on within this transition are to keep YOU way ahead of the curve, and to keep you operating your businesses at maximal efficiency.
Our focus on research is transforming — what has been the norm so far will no longer suffice. The method, the plan, and the strategy components of research are shifting. We are reinventing the wheel, and our members will be the first to experience and utilize it....we believe the old wheel was square, and the new wheel (and way to do research) is going to be mostly done for you, and vastly improved upon. But it's not just confined to research alone.
Content architecture as we’ve known it is on the cusp of this shift as well. In the digital world, content is king. So we are embracing an environment that brings out the queen - its strategy. We are going to be speeding up this process drastically, and opening your eyes to hidden opportunities...they wouldn't have been realized before.
We will guide the way to strategize your content, taking current practices with state-of-the-art content architectural plans...then flow you right into the content creation process, which is ALSO going to be re-invented.
Research. Content Architecture. Content. This is going to be the big initial shifts made here within WA.

Simply by being a member of WA, we are going to make sure you have a competitive edge on the rest of the industry...and the rest of the competition.
You are either going to be doing things the OLD way (elsewhere), or you are going to be doing things the NEW way (here within WA).

These are exciting times and you are going to see a phased roll-out of these "plans" starting in November, rolling right through the entirety 2024.
We have HUGE plans. We are rethinking the way businesses are built, managed, and the speed at which that this can be accomplished. The game has changed. You are going to get to lead this charge here within WA.

Thanks for the exciting news. People who are new to the platform like myself or startin out just now , what does this mean to them in terms of ;
If they should start learning when the platforms is refreshed as being newbies it could be overwhelming

It will benefit everyone here within the community. When we make changes and when we evolve, we do it for the entire community and to put everyone here in a better position with their businesses, wth their education, and with their overall efficiency and productivity.
The prices are not going to change, and if they ever do, anyone that is an existing member we would never increase the prices on them.
It's going to truly benefit all premium and premium plus+ member, that is our goal with our updates not to alienate the community here. :)
I got chills reading this. Chills, because this platform is so good and so exciting. I love that you guys are always thinking ahead and wanting all of your members to succeed. There are always lots of projects going on behind the scenes, all of them geared towards improve the experience here within WA, the training to the tools, to the websites...to innovative new platforms that can lead to more efficiency and productivity (and ultimately more success) in your business.

There are SO MANY AI Applications online now.
I did suggest a few months ago that Wealthy Affiliate incorporate different AI applications that WA users use on a regular basis, Canva, Dall E, Chat GPT and AHrefs.
We at Wealthy Affiliate would benefit from a one stop solution to our affiliate marketing needs.
I suggested a few months ago that Canva could be used as a plugin into Wealthy Affiliate, I use various online applications and you can use different well known applications into one application using an Application Programming Interface (API).
Hopefully this will be the case, using API keys that can be created in our wordpress back office to interact and communicate with other online applications.

Canva and some of these other services can be used to compliment things that you are already doing. We are going to be helping you build out your business, and provide you with efficiency platforms and education to make this happen. This doesn't mean that there won't be other useful tools and platforms that you won't be using, like GPT, Dall E, Midjourney, Bing Create, Canva, etc.
Our goal is to make your life more efficient, and to make sure the community here is leading the industry in terms of education and the technology they do have access to. You can expect this out of us moving forward. :)

I was excited to read your post today about changes coming. I have a quick question for you. I am in the core training level 2 lesson 14. I have been way behind simply due to my being busy with so many other things but I want to pick up where I left off. I am sure I will still be in the training, hopefully will be at level 3, by the time your upgrade comes. Will you be able to advise me, now or then, how I will be able to benefit from the complete core upgrade? Will I need to redo the training all over again? Will you have some special training sessions for those who went through the core training already that will fill in the gaps? (I am aware you have lots of new training on AI. Some I viewed but most not yet, unfortunately as it has been very slow going for me up until now).

Keep moving through the training, and when the new platforms/training arrive, slide those in. So I wouldn't let any sort of announcement hold up any progress, this is going to be work well with what you are already doing.

Thank you for the update, Kyle, it sounds very interesting! I'm always amazed at how you are trying to keep ahead of your game all the time! That's quite a challenge in itself, but it's definitely the right way to go!
When you have a platform that works so well, it must be quite difficult to know how to improve the platform. However, over the years, I've noticed how you continually improve the platform and keep ahead of the times. Amazing, and a great credit to you and the team!
One of the many things that I like about the Wealthy Affiliate platform is the fact that there is regular up to date training all in one place! Many people may say it's already available on the Internet, but for me, I like to know that I am learning genuine skills that work. I don't want to spend time searching the Internet to find the right content, I've been there and done that, it's hard work! It's also great that I can watch any of the training at any time, a massive bonus!
And, of course, I like the fact of mixing with like-minded people and not being alone! I remember those early days, it was hard work not having anyone to turn to or ask a question!
I look forward to the new updates coming in the coming months, it will be interesting to see how things change etc.

There is always something to improve, and often times lots to improve. We know where our weaknesses are, and we know where are strengths are. We also have a very good idea as to where the online business world is headed..and our goal is to take all of this information, all the feedback from our members, and continually improve the platform here at WA. :)
We are a research platform, a community, a technology company, and an educational platform. We will continue to get better and advance all 4 of these pillars of WA!
That's great that you can see where your weaknesses are and the things that you need to improve, Kyle. I always think when something is working really well, it must be quite hard to change things. However, I know that you and the team are continually trying to improve things, which is fantastic! Sometimes I don't feel I look at the above and off myself.

This is exciting and I look forward to it. This also puts a new spin on marketing WA as an affiliate. Every hot product and or course is centered around AI. WA being the pinnacle training platform with a focus on AI will be even more marketable. As I said I can't wait and thank-you Kyle.
Yes it does. There has never been a better time to be an affiliate of WA, and the opportunity is going to only increase. We expect much higher conversions, and there are going to be a lot of opportunities for higher value per sale as well, and much bigger commissions as we move into 2024.
There will be no other place to build, grow and manage a business online other than WA!

I'm late, but I'm so pumped to see this!! I appreciate the direction WA is going and I'm glad I'm on the train. I've been with WA for a couple of years on and off, but last and this year I've been putting in the work and seeing some results. Prayerfully things will only go up from here⬆️
