Good Things Happen When You Least Expect It - First Sale

Hello everyone,

In my last blog about my progress so far at WA and the lessons that I have learnt. I highlighted at the end of the blog how awesome it will be nice to make my first sale before the end of the year.

This really motivated me to start, writing and posting more contents on my website regularly. However, whiles I was doing so, I stopped looking at my Amazon Associate account statistics and graph.

This is because it seems that there were no progress in how many people were clicking the products to Amazon. It can really look depressing when reading the graph.

But when I woke up today and turn on my laptop to work on my business. I got the strong urge to go and check my Amazon account. Little did I know that there was a surprise waiting for me and that is; my first sale has arrived without me even being aware of it.

Right now, I am all over the moon and I am very grateful to be part of this wonderful community. Although, it seems very small but this is a day I will surely remember forever. It tells me that online business is the real deal and it's not some sorts of fantasy land.

Do The Right Things, Long Enough, Consistency

So what really kept me going in the tough times?? It was this phrase...... Do The Right Things, Long Enough, Consistency. If you notice this phrase, it is broken into three sections. Let's take a look at each section.

Right Things:

The question is what are the right things? WA makes this very simple and straight forward for everyone who wants to build a successful online business.

And that is follow the Training and do the task in every section of the lesson. It's very important not to rush the training and complete the task to a very high standard.

Long Enough:

One thing that the training focuses more is writing quality contents for your audience. This means if you are going to build your affiliate online business.

You need to get into the mindset of writing contents for many years to come. That means doing this day in and day out for a long period of time.

Consistency:

This one is a little subjective depending on your life circumstance and how you are running your online business.

Personally, I have made it a habit to pin something at Pinterest and write something at twitter every day. And post some number of contents every week. This requires discipline to stick to your commitment and say no to all destruction that comes up.

I have being pinning everyday at Pinterest and twitting everyday for the last few weeks. This is probably why the traffic is starting to pick up slowly.
