My inbox is flooded, I know I can stop it, but I need a separate email address for my WA-business. Could anyone suggest how I can get one? Or should I open another gmail address
You register your domain somewhere at some registrar (e.g., at Namecheap) and you bring it here to WA where it is hosted. Search a bit, the procedure is explained in detail. Jovo
You could create a throw away address from your current email provider or as you say, get another gmail address.

Yes you can open another gmail, and fill it in on your account settings, I switched the other day from hotmail to gmail

I need an App so customers can use my art to create their own greeting cards - if possible.
It's not an app, but have you tried colourlovers.com
Anything you design or add there people can download and buy. As art or cards even as wallpaper
Does anyone know any art appapps to add to my art website?

With your domain name, sub-title and key words, how many tags (key word tags) should you have on your each blog post on your website?
Keyword tags are obsolete, this is not used any longer. There is explicit video of Matt Cutts about this.
Not sure, it would take time to locate it, but this is a fact. Just do some search and you will see this. I never put any.

I will sell originals and prints - What else please. Any suggestions?
Hi Jo,
No I haven't because I didn't know. Thank you for telling me.I looked it up - have to try to incorporate that with my sales.
Hi again Joyce. I think the ideas you have are good ones.I am using some pen and ink drawings (with the permission of the artist) on my domain. My friend sells her drawings through etsy.com so the title of each drawing used on my site includes a link to her place on etsy.com. I am hoping to generate additional income for her through her own site rather than trying to usurp her present marketing strategy which she is very comfortable with.
Thank you very much Quincy. I do pen and ink as well and have an account with Etsy - but I think, it would be good to have a separate website and build on the traffic. I want to link to my current blog - tribalmystic dot me which is already bringing in some interest for sales.
It is a good idea to help her and link to her Etsy site.
Hi Joyce,
I have a friend that is an artist, does quite a bit of business here and in other places like London, NYC, etc. At his shows he normally has a goodie bag of items that he gives away, some are quite valuable...
I will include here a picture of one trinket (a nice one actually) - This is a paperweight out of cut glass with inside a pic of him cut out using lasers or something....And he gave me a one of a kind gift of a signed print for my assistance at a recent show he held here in Dubai...Also a picture included...
He does not have an online store but I would think the online layout would be like the bricks and mortar art galleries - keep it very simple, letting your work be the focus...
Two other ideas...
Maybe offer other specialty art figurines or similar from the locals in the region (i.e. statues, local arts and crafts, or specialties) - items the native people are selling (tasteful stuff of course)...That might be a good thing, give them some additional income...
Not sure how much trouble you want to go through but there must be things also from the whole continent that may fit in well with the line of products you could offer on consignment (no sale, no money)....Then you may be able to add even more items...
Good Luck!!
Dave
: )
Hi David,
Thank you very much for your suggestions and the art looks very interesting. I will look into the added consignment. I am not sure how I can consign - may be only in Brisbane where I live? I have a home gallery with masks and figurines and other products from across PNG and Pacific Islands. Have to talk more..about it.
Again, thank you so much.
How about promotional artwork for companies? I think it's called graphic design. Or postcards, if you do landscapes. Or portraits as personal gifts?
Thank you - yes, I make T shirts as well. I sell those in the gallery and I did sell them online. I can do that.:)

Could you purchase the name with a dot com or dot net?
You need to go to places like namecheap, hostgator, or go daddy and search for what they have available. The cheapest is name cheap
Hi Joyce :)
Not on Wealthy Affiliates. But if you go to namecheap.com you can purchase your domain name and then move your site over, it is in the training on how to do it all. Your Own Domain, Your Brand.TRAFFIC Kind Regards
Lynne
Not here. You can purchase from Namecheap, GoDaddy, 1 & 1, or Amazon.
Once purcahsed, your hosting is FREE with WA.

HAHA...nope! I'm just very friendly! You're next! How are you today? Anything requiring attention?
We're all friendly like old friends. :) Just helping me out pitters. Ask these two girls anything - they know everything.
Thank you Deidre. I am good - just trying to focus (here - too many distractions, lol). I want to finish one site and get it up next week.
