How do you manage writing for your niche market pages and posts? It's been over two years since I returned to affiliate marketing and my goodness have I improved. There is still work to be done, however, I feel I am moving forward and fast of late.

Which Method Best Suits You?

1. I edit in Microsoft Word

2. I write straight into a content manager

3. I use dictation software for voice to text

4. I use Google Docs

5. I write it in a notepad

I think over the years I have tried all of them, however, of late I have been writing directly into WP via Elementor to save time. I was using MS Word, however, I wanted to save time and I really wasn't making many mistakes.

Your thoughts on this would be great to see how many people choose certain editing strategies and it might give people help in choosing another method chosen from your comments. thanks for reading.

I use the content platform here within WA. It is great for saving drafts, ideas for future articles and even keywords.
When I do finally write the copy, I love that you can add code directly and it gets converted without having to toggle in the WordPress platform. Even adding images is a breeze.

Hi Michel

That's a good point and it's helped us make a choice.

I find the answers here very interesting. For me, I write in site content and am slowly migrating across to block editor.

Wow, great, I am in Vietnam. Have been here 15 years and now my own school. My brother was in South Korea but I convinced him to move here. Lol.

Hi Zoopie,

I would move tomorrow if I never had my car to pay off so I am routed to England for another couple of years as it seems.

I still use the old time way, I would use a large note book and do in scrap, edit it then I'm ready to type. In that way I'm still in possession of my post.

Nice, Elodie!

Hi Elodie,

My weak point is typing while reading from note pads I have to be honest and something I need to improve.

I prefer microsoft word I've writen sometimes direct into site content.
But I find it easier in word, plus I'll have a mother copy of it in word and can do more with it. Until and easier way comes by.

Hi Max

That's something I have done a lot due to also having a copy for reference and later eBooks so I like MS word.

I write into a block editor within notion.so ... I capture all my research materials in notion too.

I've written about this in the past ... I regularly look at alternatives that offer similar flexibility at no cost. The closest I've found is Obsidian, but not tried it.

Hi Richard,

Thanks for the links great stuff. I am trying block editor now after a year with elementor so I like your opinion as I think block editor is quite easy too.
