Where is the backup from siterubix stored so I can load it?

I use backdraft to back mine up

As mentioned put in a support ticket and the WA guys will backup your site to their latest autosaved version. I also use the BackWPup plugin which will back up your whole site to dropbox or other optional "cloud" places. I like to back up to dropbox because it automatically also puts the tar.gz backup file on my own computer. It may be over the top but I like having this extra backup - just in case! Hope this helps. Glyn

Here is a link about backing up your website and then using that back-up at a later date: https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/training/how-to-back-up-your-wordpress-site-using-tools-export
If you never backed up your website, it won't help.
Good luck!

you've got a wordpress site, you can do tools export

The problem is my site is broken "now', doing and export of a broken site wont fix it. I need to upload the last non-broken backup I have.

sounds like one for support ticket via the siterubix button on the left, if you don't have a backup yourself,

yep already done, thanks for trying.

I have tried copying my affiliate link to my WA profile page and creating a link on my site, but when I click on that link it takes me to WA signup and not my profile page. Any

see Scott has explained it very well

Hi Jonathan,

Since this is your profile and you are the owner of it there is no need to have your affiliate link included here. Kyle said that your affiliate link is already embedded into your profile here at WA.

Simply copy and paste the URL of your profile here into where you would normally add a link on your website. (Click the chain icon and paste your url into the box at the top and click add link)

I hope this makes sense and if you need anymore help with this let me know.

Scott

Thanks this is what I have done.

Hi, my theme says the header image should be 1280 x 480 and when I created an image that size it is cut off. Any ideas on how to fix this?

If a problem is theme related it's a good idea to let us know which theme you are using so we can try to duplicate the problem which helps with working out a solution. ~Marion

It's the Coeur theme, I didn't think to mention that before because I wasn't sure it was theme related or not, as the other themes I tested after I posted this work fine when using whatever size the theme suggests.

Thanks for responding and I'm sorry it took so long to get back to you.

It's a *(%$ theme. I installed it on a test site and not only did it crop the picture I created but the Site Title and Tagline appeared over the top of the image.

I recommend you abandon this theme and use something else.

Hi - just a thought, if the size of your image is correct at 1280x480 it might be worth checking the resolution is set at 72dpi?

it has been 90 dpi. I didn't think of changing that. Anyway, it seems to be a problem only with the theme I used, as I tried switching themes late last night and using the recomended size with other themes worked. So I'll just have to keep messing around if I want to keep with this theme. I'll try it at 72 dpi later today, but for now I have to go work.

See Shawn has given you some advice size must be different for each theme for my size 800x200 know this is a bit smaller perhaps you can try this size

Just reduce the size of the header in a program like paint or gimp. Try to drop it to 780

Yes, I have tried many different sizes and it always gets cut off.

Cropping it does not help?

I tried cropping it so now at least the words in my image are there, but it still even cuts that image a little bit.

You can move the header up[ and down in the crop mode, try to experiment with it. I had a similar problem with one of my sites, what looked all wrong in cropping actually worked.

Can't log in to my email. Everything is the default and I haven't changed the password

I had the same problem this week. I found another post from about a year ago and Kyle advised to go to the WA web help. So, I took out a ticket and the problem was sorted within a few hours. Go to 'build my website' and along the top click on 'support tickets.' Hope this helps?

I'm actually having the same problem right now, would love feedback.

Hi Jonathan,

Do you have mail through Atmail or have you setup a forward? To login to your webmail through WA simply copy the password and click on login under the webmail tab. Type in your username and paste in your password and click login.

If you continue to have a problem logging into your email you should submit a support ticket. You can do this by clicking on the support tab next to the email tab in the websites and hosting dashboard to your left.

Let me know if you get this problem resolved and if you need anymore help with this.
Scott

Yes, I have done the basic things to try on my end., I think something is wrong with their database or something.

Have you tried to copy and past the exact password in the "Build my website" email login page yet? I know mine has done that a few times and just very case sensitive. Hope you get it going soon :) Good luck!

Yes, I copy paste everytime since it's too hard to remember and that is easier.
