Hi all. To make a long story short, I lost my job and had to leave WA for a while. Well now that I have extra time on my hands i just renewed my WA subscription on a month to m

They may need some time to restore your site though. I never went through the process with them. As far as I understand, you can get back the website hosting (not the domains). You might need to check that your domain names are still yours (that you did not let them expire) and that they are still pointing to WA servers.
Hi Jennifer! Not sure if this is what happened to your websites, but I had to leave WA for a little bit too and received emails saying Webspace Deletion Warning. The emails said if we cancel our premium membership, WA won't be hosting our websites anymore. They give us 30 days to re-open our membership and if we don't, then our websites will be deleted.
oh no, really? I don't remember getting those emails however I could have just missed them. I am going to message Kyle. Thank you!

How long were you away from WA?
I know WA gives you 30 days to move your site to another hosting company once you cancel, but beyond this it's my understanding they delete your site. I hope this is not the case but it's possible if you were away for more than 30 days. I see you have contacted support to that's your best bet anyways and/ or Kyle, Carson.

<10 keyword with 0 competition and 85 SEO. I don't think the keyword is bad at all and I am a bit surprised it has no competition. I checked WA's keyword tool and got the sa
You need at least 50 searches per month and less than 200 competition. Anything else is not going to get you anywhere.
Without knowing what the keyword is I can't really advise but I would go with instinct. If you think it's a great keyword that people are searching for then go with it. Maybe you can do a Google search for the keyword and see if there's any activity on the result for the #1 listing (look for comments, FB shares etc).
If the keyword has no competition then something maybe wrong. Either people are not searching for what you want put out there or something of that nature. what is the average traffic on the keyword?
