Amazon Associates : Good News! I Would Like To Help If I Can

Oh my God, how should I write it to make myself clear ... My english is terrible ... :))
Okay, my children gave me very good allowance this month (about S$1K), and I feel super blessed and I am thinking of helping 4 fellow WA members who are Amazon affiliates and who may be struggling for that 6 month period to get a a referral sale (is it 6 month?).
So, I will be buying some facial moisturizers from Amazon each week, not expensive type, each item costs about $20.00 This is my offer of help to any amazon affiliates who may be struggling and hoping their amazon account will not be cancelled ...
Please let me know ... I will go to yr website and click on any amazon product ... and when I arrive on an amazon page, I will click the search button to search for my moisturizer. It should work as I had done it before.
This is my way of saying "thank you" for such a wonderful community with lots of helpful and awesome members.

Thanks for the thread Jewel. It looks like I'm a little late to the game. I put out similar offer a while back hoping I would be able to help some Amazon Affiliates as well as get my own 1st sale so I could maintain my Affiliate status at Amazon. So I made several Amazon purchases through a WA member Amazon affiliate site. Confirmed purchases were made through WA member site, yet I couldn't get anyone to reciprocate a sale for me through my site as an Amazon affiliate.
I'm getting ready to run out of time at Amazon myself because I haven't had any affiliate referrals to Amazon through my website. I could sure use an affiliate referral/sale at Amazon.
I was hoping to start a new "Mini Niche" website using WA member Marcus1978 teaching as a model. But I fear that once I start the new Mini Niche website, I will lose my affiliate status and the website will be a no go because I will no longer be an Amazon affiliate. I only need one sale to keep my status at Amazon active.

I just made an amazon order on Eliud's website, see below, because his account is expiring on July 11, so now I am not sure when I should order again, should I wait for another week, normally I do it after one week, any idea? But I read somewhere here it takes only 24hr, do you know?.:))
I don't know. I probably have at least a few weeks, maybe a month or so. If you are an Amazon affiliate I would be more than glad to make a purchase form your website's link to Amazon if that helps

I am hanging in there, but hoping it turns out well. I am reading the comments about it taking at least a year to get "organic" traffic. I am going to give it my best efforts!

I was thinking of doing something similar.Now that I know how this whole things works. Whenever I wish to buy anything on Amazon I'll just click through to it from someones link on here. We all should do that!

I don't know if this will work Jewel - I was told by amazon (uk) that it only applies when new customers make a purchase. I don't personally agree with this as we might promote an item that people might not realise that they could purchase through amazon in which case we have still helped them make a sale

I didn't make a sale in the 6th monk and was kicked from the program. I still have yet to make any kind of affiliate sale from my other affiliate programs :(

That's a really good question. If you have the money to order again I don't see an issue with it, but it might not hurt to wait a little bit either.

I had my first Amazon account cancelled some time ago and I then created a new one. One of our lovely members here bought a couple of ebooks from Amazon through my website and saved me from getting my second account cancelled. So I don't need to take you up on your offer.

I think you're just heaven-sent. I think I joined Amazon Associates way too early when my site was still new and I'm yet to get a referral.
They sent me a notification on April 11 giving me 90 days to record a referral or my account will be closed. I'm yet to record one and the 90 days come to an end on July 11.

Apologies for getting back a little late on this one.
Many thanks for coming to my rescue; I could never thank you enough for your goodwill gesture here. You just gave me a lifeline with Amazon when I thought my journey was over.
While the commission may not be much, what I appreciate most is your care and concern Jewel. This now gives me more time to work on my site and try and get more referra; I already made a sale with CJ but I didn't want to let go of Amazon as the potential there could be enormous.

My Amazon Affiliates account just expired end of June, but I read on LaurenJean's blog that after being kicked out, you can simply re-join Kicked out of Amazon Affiliate Program after 180 Days? I have not re-joined Amazon Affiliates yet, though I need to do so soon. I will definitely look out for your offer again if I need help in the future... You're awesome, Jewel!
