Let me add that I get a Wordpress error: "Sorry you are not allowed to access this page". This is not happening to any other plugin with a settings option.

Hey Kathy,
Have you gone to the plugin's support forum to see if there is a resolve offered there? If not, you can join the forum (create an account) and post a cry for help there.
Hi,
The actual error is generated by Wordpress. Sumo has been very supportive and their troubleshooting finds no error with the plugin setup or configuration. Googling the exact error has produced several solutions that worked for others, but they involved code manipulation, which I am not comfortable with. I've submitted a ticket to WA support and awaiting their results.
I was putting it out to the WA community in hopes that someone else had had the problem.
Thanks for responding :-)

Paul,
I have the same plugin installed on my siterubix test site and I am getting the same results, even after deleting it and reinstalling it. I have put a ticket in with Sumo as well as our support team here at WA. Sumo can't find a problem with the setup, so it is highly suspicious that it is something her at WA causing it. Googling the error comes up with several solutions that involve manipulating code, which I am not comfortable with. I am confident WA support will find a solution.
Thanks,
Kathy
