And yes, that means you get a new Affiliate ID.
And yes, if you have an A Store on your site, you do have to re-build it - but links within content are more effective. Which brings me to the really good news...

You do NOT. I repeat NOT have to replace each and every one of your links to your Amazon products
Imagine, reading through all your posts and pages again to find all your links and then hopping over to your new Amazon affiliate page to get new links, and inserting them again. What a headache!
My sites are still new, and I don't have that many links as yet, but I was still dreading this exercise!
Again, this is thanks to Julie's (jastewart) post, How Focus Produced My First Sale.
There is a MUCH easier way to fix ALL your Amazon Links. Add the Amazon Link Engine plugin to your site(s), and follow the steps they give you. i.e. Set up a Genius Link Account & Link all your Amazon Affiliate Programs (i.e. from each country).
I applied to Amazon USA, Canada, UK, and the rest of EU - Italy, Germany and France rejected my application after reviewing my websites, but HOORAY! - USA, Canada, UK & Spain accepted me. Applying to Amazon was relatively quick, easy and painless - especially the whole EU. When I was done with my UK application Amazon asked if I wanted to apply to the EU using the same information, I clicked yes, and all applications were in.
All I had to do to add each country to Genius Link was input ONE sample link from each country Affiliate ID.

Judging by the response below, I will start working on a Tutorial.
Please be advised that there is a fee for Genius Link once you are getting over 10,000 clicks on the Amazon links on your site - I assume by then that your Amazon sales will more than cover it.
It's a little confusing, because from their pricing page - https://www.geni.us/pricing - it appears that Genius Link may start charging $9 a month after 14 days, or they may wait until there are over 10,000 clicks on Amazon links. Julie (jastewart) confirms there is no charge, and she's had some Amazon sales already.
I signed up for a 14 day Free Trial period. I will only feel comfortable completing the tutorial and confirming the fee structure, once my 14 days are up.

Sorry I did not see your post. I buy stuff from Amazon to help with this. Usually people PM me or I just offer to buy from them. I have been making big bucks and I have not been online at WA. Heck I even help people with their monthly WA payments.
I believe those of us who are actually making money should help out the ones who are not. I generally don't spend more than $20 but that's all that is needed. I don't mind helping anyone financially.
Kyle is who you should follow. We've been doing this for almost 10 years now. we do things differently mostly from Kyle's training because we depend on paid traffic and Consulting for most of our income. Don't be in a hurry Kyle will take you to the promised land.

I don't have a store. I do appreciate what izpowa is doing, and think it's very kind. I won't be asking for that kind of help because it only solves a very short term problem. I'm not concerned about the Amazon boot.

Yes, it will. You can add any number of Amazon accounts - it works just as well with 1 as with 4. As mentioned to Anke above, there is a cost if you're getting 10,000+ clicks a month. https://www.geni.us/pricing
