I did send an email, but no one got back to me. Can I now be reimbursed and then pay monthly from now on?
Monthly payment plan-i want to change to monthly and the annual amount was taken out of my account.

Too bad you did not cancel the annual subscription in time to stop the charge. Then you could have just logged in and resumed the payments on a monthly basis.
Best to send Kyle a private message. He will get back to you. Put in subject line " Urgent Payment Issue".

Thank you, I'm just seeing this now and WA already took the annual fee from my account. I did send messages :-( and I did not get a response.
who did you send the private message to? Was it Kyle? Try again and again and again. The squeaky wheel gets the grease, as the saying goes.
Send Kyle a private message. Best to get to him before your annual renewal is charged to your account as it is auto-billed.
Or if time is running out but it is still before the billing date, cancel the account via your Account settings.
Then log right back in and make the monthly payment of $49 in order to reinstate your account and regain access to everything. Cancel Wealthy Affiliate Membership and Stop Billing If you get locked out of your account, send an email and include your user name to:

I see you are Premium, you would already be paying monthly unless you signed up with Yearly. If you signed up with Yearly, then you are paid up until it's time for renewal. When your yearly membership is ready for renewal, at that point i would think you could switch back to monthly if that is what you wanted?

My free domain name is "reading rocks." but my website is actually about getting kids to read, finding the right books for reluctant readers, helpful hints on how to help chil
I wouldn't worry about keyword rich domains or EMDs (Exact Match Domains). It's content that ranks these days, not domain names.
I'd rather have a brand such as http://www.boohoo.com than something as limiting as http://www.buycheapdesignerwomensclothesonline.com
Your domain name doesn't even have to be relevant, if it did http://www.amazon.com would sell river trips and http://www.apple.com would sell fruit! It can even be personal, http://www.craigslist.com :)
