I've got my on page seo optimized and my article is ranking on page 3 which might as well be page 1,000 lol.
So how do you get that extra bump to get up the last 2 pages
I noticed that writing good quality content and often is very helpful...I have slacked a bit the last couple weeks and went from 1 to 2.1 and then to 3.4...so it does make a difference. :))
Glad you're on page three. I'm still somewhere in another galaxy as far as Google is concerned. All I can suggest is keep publishing good quality content. See what happens.

I've seen completely different business models in affiliate sites. A google search for this just returns a bunch of affiliate networks and programs.
I'm looking for compl
Hi Jason! -
I don't just have one Website!
I have many - they are what are known as 'squeeze pages' - which is the same as a 'landing page' - and also - 'A lead capture page'.
Using these is how I build my list!
And then I market - 'Clickbank' - products to that list!
May I private message you?
Hi Jason! -
I do very well with marketing digital products at Clickbank -- To my mailing list!
really? That's amazing. Would you mind sharing your website?
I always feel like clickbank products are fly by night, hard sales. The used car salesman type pitch with high return rates and commonly outdated material. Of course, I'm not the one making money with it so enlighten me!!
Clickbank was my introduction to internet marketing. And all the offers started looking formulated by the same guru leader or something which is all hype'y sounding.

I'm curious about branding and selling my own product on Amazon.
Does anyone have any experience doing this?
Have you ever sold your own product on amazon?
I'm curious about branding and selling my own product on Amazon.

I'm doing some niche research...
I worked in real estate for a long time. I have enough certifications to look 'special'.
All I see on Amazon for products is books
Skip has it right. Offer services to the brokers.
Probably want to focus on local keywords for that.
The Local Classroom has lots of good information to get you started with that.
This can be a very profitable niche. They way to make money is to provide services to real estate agents and brokers. What you should do is offer to do websites for agents. There is a lot of competition.
You could apply to a couple affiliate programs that offer various other affiliate links with all different types of programs.
Two of these are: eting.rakuten.com/affiliate-marketing
http://www.onenetworkdirect.com/index.php
They take up to 72 hours or so to give you an answer. Hope this helps you out.
Happy Sunday,
Kim :))
thanks that was helpful :)
I've come across those ones before but now I've sign up. thanks for the nudge. Do you have good experience selling products on those networks as well as something on amazon? or does general traffic have a trust issue?
I have not had my own approvals yet, just signed up myself. I joined Amazon initially, and my site has only been up a little over a month, getting some good traffic, but I need to do some additional work on my site.
I was so anxious to get started I combined the store with WA and that may be confusing some visitors. I do have a good amount of returning visitors though.
I think once I clear that up I will have a better response.
Good luck to you,
Kim :))
Carla sounds about right. I am not into the real estate business either, so I'm not sure how to make that one work. I mean, you could narrow it down to first time home buyers, vacation or resort homes, luxury homes, foreclosures, etc. So, it can be broken down into a smaller, workable niche. I just am not sure how you would market that on your website. You might want to think about other things that you are interested in as well. Keep asking if you need to, there are a lot of people here with more knowledge! :) Michelle
yeah, there are a ton of plugins and widgets for those types of searches and agents usually dump a lot of money into them to get buyers and seller leads, not to sell an affiliate product. It wouldn't make sense to sell a $12 book using a $1,000/mo real estate website.
I'll look a bit more into it but it seems like I should stick to something more tangible.
I don't know much about real estate at all, but I would think you should stick to a niche that has a lot of product availability. Just my nickel. Good Luck with whatever you decide.
