Only one level left in the training!
I finished level 4 of the training today! It has taken me a lot longer to get this far than I thought it would. Part of that is because I refuse to skip any steps in the training and as you move further into it, you have to write a blog post with many of the steps.
The second reason it has taken me so long is because it seems to take me a while to create posts. I have the strange problem of NOT being able to create posts under 1,000 words. I know we are shooting for 1,000 words and that should seem great, but we are also supposed to have a variety of lengths and when I try to whip up some shorter ones, I always feel like I am leaving out important information and want to keep adding to it.
I'm getting better at least with coming up with ideas for articles and that has helped with getting more content out. Now if I could just shorten a few.
I have also started going to bed earlier so I can get up two hours before the kiddos to get some uninterrupted work done. Wow! What a difference that has made! Not sure how long I'll be able to keep up the pace, but I'm going to run with it for as long as I can!
I have had my first article kind of rank. It was teetering back and forth between the first and second page and then dropped. I know it's doing the Google dance and hopefully as it settles in, it will move back up.
My website has undergone a huge transformation and I am closing in on 20 articles! I have found that I thoroughly enjoy blogging and could literally do this all day! I never would have thought that. Wealthy Affiliate has been such a blessing to me! I would have never been able to make it this far without the training and this community. Thank you!
On to level 5!!

Well done, Heidi! Going over 1,000 words a post is a nice problem to have. I have always believed the right number of words is the number that covers the subject sufficiently.
I am a very early riser because I am still excited to get up and start working on content or other business-building tasks. I usually am awake between 4 and 5 am to feed the dog and cats, make coffee, and fire up my computer. I work until mid-morning and then do my honey-dos.
It definitely makes it easier when you like what you are doing!
