I dont know if you guys, who promote WA and have thr internal WA message campaigns on, have noticed that it stopped working.
I mean if a new referals signs up for the WA
They’re still working, but they’re dependent on the person building their hub, that’s all. So if you have someone who hasn’t received a message, it’s because they’ve arrived and haven’t built their hub, which is basically the “start here” for everything.

I have not paid much attention to the WA updates, so I need to get back on track :)

Also, on top of what Brenda said, people will get your message after they join and build their Hub. Prior to that they don't have access to the back office at WA, so they have to build a hub before they will receive a message from you.
This is a highly qualified customer as they now have a niche, brand, and website so you can speak to them with that understanding your messages now.

Mike, the old messages are outdated because Kyle changed them to focus on the Business Hubs. You have to go back and set it to " first business hubs. I had to revise mine to Business Hub. Look at Kyle's campaign message, then revise yours to fit for the "Business Hub" " The first three campaigns on the New Business Hub should be focused on the Starter Account.
It's time to contact support and if that don't work, contact Kyle, he will get it straightened out, he always comes through

There have been a few changes; now, it is hubs. When the new starters sign up for the platform, they get represented with hubs.
