Adsense and Amazon did nor approve my site...Perhaps for insufficient traffic...Do anyone have any tips to share...My traffic developed a steady uptrend so I am kind of worried

There can be no strict rules, but it is better that you have traffic. Amazon gives you 180 days to make sales, if not you have to remove everything you added from them. It is likely you will have sales if you have a lot of traffic, so it is better not to start too soon.

Google Ads is less problematic in this sense, but in my case it is completely useless. Here is some my thinking on G-Ads, see replies. Jovo

For example if I went to a LG or Samsung Training seminar and made some awesome recordings on the highlight and then publish it on my blog.

I think so in the case of your example. Many corporate trainings are proprietary, especially with the larger companies.

You would most likely need permission and have to sign contracts/forms stating that you will not blah blah blah and so on.

If you are planning on recording anything without the other party knowing you'd better check your state or comanpies regulations too.

For instance in NY state is IS legal to record a conversation as long as one party knows it's being done. So - if you and I were conversing via telephone I could record it without telling you and visa versa. However if you and I were conversing via telephone and someone else, someone not part of our conversation, were recording us that is NOT legal.

Now back to your example. Say that training was being held in public and free to the public say in a park or something. I think (not 100% certain) that you'd be OK to record it. Keep in mind though there are lots of laws and few loop holes in them surrounding what you are questioning to do.

ROCK ON!

Thank you for the good advice...also your site is cool

Rules and laws vary from country to country or state but I think one common element in many is this.

If you record a conversation or event that you are personally involved with or attending for your own PERSONAL use then you are usually OK. However as soon as you share that recording with any one else be it 1000's or JUST 1 other then you need to seek permission.

Thanks man!

I would like a program where could sell Major Appliances...It seems that amazon don't like me...
I would prefer affiliate networks that concentrate on the UK market.

try googling major appliance affilance uk see what you get. Or if you know name brand stores, go to website and see if you can apply for affiliate

Thanks...I did and found some, but I don't like them...It seems I just have to keep searching

For example...www.samsungTips.com or appleguides.com or andriodHowto.com

I would say as long as you are complimentary to them and/or doing advertising for them, they won't care. However, if you are bashing them, they will probably come after you.

Apple, Android and Microsoft don't really care about their names being used in domains. For example, 9to5mac.com and cultofmac.com both cover all things Apple. They're super popular websites. For Apple it's just free publicity. For Android there is androidcentral.com and androidauthority.com. It just goes on and on. The only exception to this is Amazon. They don't like their name being used in domain names. Otherwise, if you see other websites with branded names in them, like the examples above, it's probably OK.

Thank you Kindly...lol when you point out the other websites I realized how lazy I am.

I'm lazy too. I should be working but instead I'm on here answering questions. You're in good company ;)

eBay is also really stick about this, I had a domain once with their name in it right away and they were all over it. As a rule of thumb, I don't buy domains with trademarks in them because you never really own them because the trademark owner could swipe it from you at their will.

Wow that's good to know...Thank you

Nice advice. Thanks. :)
