In terms of wordpress, the term "self-hosted" refers to the difference between using the free software from the http://wordpress.ORG site and hosting it anywhere (which WA does) versus using the free hosting available from http://wordpress.COM (which also uses the free software from http://wordpress.ORG).
Since WA uses the wordpress software from http://wordpress.ORG and hosts our sites on its own servers, our sites are self-hosted wordpress sites.

Thank you very much for the detailed information. Greatly appreciate that you took your time to help.
Therefore, what I am understanding is that I can purchase this plug-in and know it will work?
Since you haven't said exactly which plugin you're referring to, I'd suggest two possibilities:
1. Ask if other WA members are using the plugin. If the plugin is disallowed at WA, they may be able to provide you an alternate one that does work here.
2. Open a support ticket to confirm with the tech support folks that the plugin is OK on WA's servers.

What is step one?
I just purchased a few days ago a domain and I want to set it up.
I need to put in the domain.com , but then it asking for the title?
Do I need to have it the same
Search on Google within a niche that is your favorite field. Then think of a pattern of search parameters that you would be searching under for that name. Just like writing to a friend. What words would you choose?
If you want your visitors to remember the domain name then the title should be the user-friendly version of your domain name.
Hi Marion,
Thank you for your reply.
I am not clear on what you mean by user-friendly version of my domain name?
You can put a tagline, slogan, or anything else you want there. You probably want to stick to something related to the purpose of the website or what you are trying to accomplish with it. You can edit it later if you want/need to.
HI,
Thank you for your reply. Some members are telling me to put user-friendly version of my domain name...I am not clear on that.
And you are saying to put a tagline or slogan, which I really like.
And I am glad to know that I can edit later if I want...
I guess I want to know if I put the same name as my domain name , would this help with the ranking of the website?
I don't know if it does or not, but it's not something I worry about. To be honest a lot of themes hide it anyways.
Thomas Paul is right there. Keeping it within the purpose of the website niche is very important.

In the WA Keyword search. The column names are abbreviated and I know the first one is the Volume of searches. But I don't know what the column with the title KQI stands for?
Though I do not use Jaaxy, I use the WA Keyword Tool, is is a column that stands for Keyword Quality Indicator. Basically it is a visual guide to tell you if a keyword is worth using. Green means a good keyword to use, yellow a not so good keyword, and red is a keyword you should not use for trying to be ranked for.
