Carpe Momentum
We all know the phrase "Carpe diem" (seize the day) but our lives are so busy that this is hard to do, so...Carpe momentum (seize the moment) instead. Take moments out of our busy day to enjoy a walk, a visit with a loved one, a long over do phone call to a dear friend, treat yourself and a child with something special...
Seizing the moments will make special memories that we can look back on!
We don't want to have to say "I should have, I wish I had, why didn't I...
We want to say "Thank God I seized the moment and made incredible memories with family and friends.
We may find Carpe diem difficult to achieve in these modern times but...Carpe momentum can definitely be achieved in these modern times!
Be Blessed!

Thank you for your inspirational blog. I remember my wife would do that... I would see her with her eyes closed and I'd ask, what is the matter? She would just simply say, "I'm making a memory."
Life is too short to get wrapped up in misery. Simple special memories will do your spirit more good than anything. Keep up the good work.

Thank you Ken! You are right I've learned and still learning that worrying is a waste of precious time.
