I want you guys to knock it off! I cancelled my account several months ago, and you are still drafting the $59 plus the foreign transaction fee from my bank account. I feel y

Just went through all that again, checked all the appropriate boxes, etc. Then received a notice that I'll lose access to the member's area in Nov '19, lol. Hope I'm not billed until then. What a hassle! Sorry I ever got involved.

Hi - the only way to cancel is by doing it yourself. Click on your profile photo, go to account settings, then membership. Click cancel billing.

You were given these instructions five months ago when you first enquired about it. Did you take the correct action as advised at that time?

Yes, I did all that months ago. You are required to tell them like three times that you really want to cancel. Thought it was taken care of, but after noticing my credit card had been continuously billed I am forced to this action. I'll be cancelling my credit card as a final resort, I suppose.

I always suggest changing the payment method to something that can't be charged. I keep a gift card just for those type of things.

I wish to cancel my membership and discontinue the auto-pay monthly premium from my bank account. I've had this membership for almost 2 years and haven't done anything with it

Click on your profile pic (left side)
then on Account Settings
scroll down and click on Membership then click on Cancel Membership & Billing.

I guess your reasons not to do this are important
Go to your account settings in your profile and cancel all future payments and your account then log out and all the best
