My very first infographics - feedback, please

Hey all,

I've just created my very first infographics for one of my post. I used Canva to do this.

Here's how it looks like for now:

While you may not be familiar with the topic, could you please give me feedback on the following:

- the overal design (color scheme, etc)

- do I need more pictures/ icon?

- the little text below each point (is it too much, too little, not very clear?).

And here's the link to the full post for your reference.

The infographic is meant as a summary of all the points I explained in the article, and I hope it will increase the amount of sharing (read somewhere that people love to share infographics).

Thanks a lot for your feedback.

Cheers,

-rina-

Guys, thanks a lot for the feedback. I really appreciate all of them.
I'll take all your points into consideration to improve the current version.

I think you have done an excellent job on your first infographic. I like your layout and your colors. I just find the text under each point a little difficult to read - I would make it larger. There are a few small grammatical mistakes to correct such as 'You're doing a great job, Mama'. Overall, very impressed!

Hi Rina,

I think you have done a real good job on putting a lot of info as intended....It shows a flow through your steps nicely...

If there is any suggestions, it would be these:

(1) I would make your web site url a little more prominent at the bottom...Maybe a "For more information see ...." and add your url in a darker and bigger font...

(2) Maybe make the top and bottom background areas of the infographic a different color from the body...Graphically this then depicts an intro (subject) area and at the end a separate "Call to Action" area (i,e, "Visit my page!")...

(3) If you wanted to break up the content area (the 8 points) you could use an area format versus a linear format as you have now...

I will add a template pic here to show you what I mean....But overall, with NO changes you could go with this! I am always trying to edit/improve, etc. - don't mind ,me lol!!

Cheers!
Dave : ) ..

Rina, your infographic looks great to me. The whole color scheme is inviting. The number of images is not overpowering (to me, just enough). The only thing I would suggest is making the font a little larger for the text under each point. Great job!

Nice job rina, as I am new at infographics It looks good to me.

Marty

I think that the text could be a litter darker to stand out a little more or change the color under the bold text because people with pour eyesight will have trouble reading it other than that it is well done all the best

Rina, I'll be blunt because I sincerely want you to succeed. I like your graphic design, so I say great job! But have your content checked for proper adherence to English structure and wording. Last thing you want is to be circulating an infographic where people end up getting distracted by irrelevant things such as English grammar and unorthodox wording.

I wish you much success!

Thanks for pointing that out, Grendall. I'll do a thorough checking on the grammar and sentence structure.

Impressive.. I think you might have a job in graphic design now...LOL! Looks great & wouldn't change a thing.:)

Love it. And I left you a comment too. Salam dari Indonesia.

Thank you,Arif. And thanks a lot for the comment. I really appreciate it.

This looks great to me. I wouldn't change a thing. You've done a good job.

Thanks, Barry. Your word keeps me motivated to do more.
