Hi W.A'ers
For the purposes of the training on the Bootcamp course. (Adding a link back to the profile), would you please add to my previous link that needs a few up to da
I thought it was well explained and for a person that has NO experience doing anything like this it was somewhat easy especially if you took notes as to what to do in a step by step method. But I already had a website for my brick & mortar business and so with that already established I just created a simple site then transferred it to the domain I already owned and the rubix help group helped me transfer it to siterubix to my own domain!
What did you think of the free siterubix website builder?

Hi Carolyn.
Thanks for letting me know how your experience was with the SiteRubix website builder. I'm glad everything was made easy for you and that the transfer of your domain went smoothly.
See you in the W.A Community!
All the very best,
Pete.

Most of us have gone through the process of launching a free Wordpress Website from Siterubix as beginners here at Wealthy Affiliate.
I personally think it's initial free se
I probably would not have started a site on my own but since the site was free I built up the free site everyday for 5 days and then after completing all 10 lessons in course 1 I went Premium.
Good choice Charles, The good thing about SiteRubix on the starter Membership is that you can test it out and see if you like it. All the training is in place to guide you along. And if you don't like it you can just shrug it off with no commitments.
Thanks again Charles, See you in the W.A Community.
I really love it, I have by now 5 sites, two .com and thre siterubix up and running. Really love the possibility you can have as much sites as you want as a premium member.
Hi Loes.
Thanks for replying to this thread.
I also have many Siterubix sites that can be built up before i decide upon a Domain name.
Pete
Well, this has been my first time of building a web site. For me it has been great. I am for sure I could not have done this on my own. I still need lots of help. :)
Hi Judy.
Thanks for being a part of this question.
I love the way siterubix takes care of all the coplicated stuff that goes on in the background and we don't have to go and find Hosting. Plus we also get a helping hand with the training to start off.
Pete.
I use siterubix sites to test concepts, then I go to a regular site. Google could care less. They read all sites. John
Hey TJ
Thanks for getting involved on this post.
Yes,If we build out some quality content on our Siterubix sites there's a good base for getting recognised when we cross over from a Subdomain to a .Com.
Pete.
It's good because it's a slightly simplified version of Wordpress. Most hosting companies now offer a one click install of Wordpress. The benefit of WA is that setting it up is guided and they make it pretty much idiot proof. There's also a good support system plus you can ask questions - like this one - if you need any help and someone will reply quickly.
You'll find that the free version does have imitations that the Premium version doesn't. But for someone making your first site then it's as good as you'll find and all you need for now.
Thanks Ian.
That's right, the process for a beginner is not as scary as it seems when going with Siterubix.
I remember coming to the realisation that i had my own website in just a few minutes because the set up was so simple.
The free version does have it's limitations but it is a good starting point as you rightly pointed out.
May i thank you for your time replying to this thread.
All the best to you.
Pete.

wondered if anyone has used pingler to increase their online visibility, is it a safe way to get links and ranked better for the reason of traffic to your site?
You don't need pingler or a plugin. Try:
1) Login to your WP dashboard.
2) Go to Settings -> Writing
3) Under "Update Services" there's a link to "Update Services", open that in a new window.
4) Copy all the sites listed under "XML-RPC Services" & Paste them into the "Update Services" on WordPress.
5) Save changes.
Now everytime you post something all those services will be pinged, which really just automates what Pingler does.
