H can any one help why on my home page it is displaying admin .I have changed the name in the user .On my posts it shows my name ,but on my home page were you can see all my po
You may have to edit it and change the user selected. (quick edit)
Don't forget to do a screen refresh.
I think I fixed. When I changed the name in user then went to log in the wed site there was a sync button .so I pressed the sync. Looks like that has fixed the problem thanks
I had this issue too and it seemed to resolve itself after a while.
Did you try creating a new user? The training I did just spoke about creating a new user and appointing it as admin, then I could change everything to reflect my name instead of "admin" popping up.

I recently wrote a blog post on the how to which AbieAJ has shared below What is a Page or a Post? - How to Switch a Page to a Post and Vice Versa Once done, I deactivate and delete plugin.
There is a plugin call post type switcher installed the plugin and on the top right side, you will be able to swap them over from either page to a post or post to a page.
here is some training that may help you further How to convert a Page into a Post and vice versa with this Plugin Once saved and done you can delete the plugin
