Hey Dustin,
In Google searching "How to get fb fan page in google business listing" (without the quotation marks, of course) I was offered several posts with instructions.
Using the same search (or similar) and reading through some of the posts offered in the search results, you may discover a step or two that you may have missed.
Hope you find this helpful.
Just wondering what theme's everyone likes. Both paid and free. Do you like different themes for different types of websites?
So far my favorite looking theme idea, although
Divi or Extra from Elegant Themes. Divi for page focused sites and Extra for post focused sites.
What's everyone's all time favorite theme?

I have a billing problem and wasn't sure where to ask.

Hi guys. Was wondering if I could get some theme suggestions. I'm working on building a website for my friend's shop startup. There's a LOT of very nice paid themes for mechani
You probably won't find many industry specific themes that are free. Most of those are paid themes.
Hopefully someone comes along with a suggestion.
The alternative is to consider a general multipurpose theme and customize it with auto repair images and content. ~Jude

These guys have some free, traditional style themes geared towards local services. Just a matter of changing out the images.
Thank you for the reply. I can't seem to figure out where the free themes are on the site. It all seems to be a monthly paid service.

Hi guys, interesting problem with my theme. I was having other problems but I've kind of fixed most of them. My only problem left is with the blog roll, I followed the tutorial
Hi Ali-amin. Sorry it's taken me so long to see your reply. It turned out to be a premium thing and the customer service/owner that got a hold of me did absolutely nothing to try and sell me on it so I ended up changing themes.
I am sorry to say this, but it looks like that could be a premium option... if not... they are going to be your best bet for support....
I unfortunately do not have an answer for you, but it seems as though Nathaniel https://my.wealthyaffiliate.com/nathaniell has had some issues with the theme previously.
Drop him a message... Maybe he has an answer?
I was almost thinking of it being a premium option, since I can't figure anything else out. I don't mind dropping some money on a theme I actually like, and then I can at least submit a ticket. It is also definitely not a cheap theme so we'll see come payday :D
lol. If it means you can focus on your content... Then by all means... go for it. :) It's the content you want to be focused on though... That's why this post ranked so quickly in google... no competition and a very active WA website backing it.
Chat soon.
Cheers,
Marc Parsons
Oh, if I was in a hurry, I would have already switched themes and been writing content. I'm in the very nice position of being able to take my time though. Have no fear though,I'll still be writing content while figuring it out.. And when I figure it out, there will be a training created lol
Ok... This theme is a nightmare... I honestly don't know if it's going to solve the problem if you buy the premium and it is a pitty , becaue it is really stunning.
I don't know enough about writing code to offer you a full solution their either. but I have a "back door" option that i do not recommend, but if you really want it... then here is how....
1. Ad your post all to a default category "Blogroll" for example
2. Install plugin "Redirection" / "pretty links"
3. create a page "Blogroll"
***********Hope I don't loose you here... you will need to copy and paste your links for respective category and page.***********
4. create a "Redirection" from yourdomain.com/blogroll(page) to yourdomain.com/catagory/blogroll (ie. click on first link and it automatically redirects you to the other)
5. assign the "blogroll page" to the home page "App position" that you want to take you to the default "Blogroll" category. This cantagory will list all post assigned to it as though it is a blog roll.
Again, I don't recommend this as I do not know what the implications will be down the line.
It is the only solution i can see with my limited knowledge.
Hope it helps. Please ask if any of the steps are not clear.
(Basically you are diverting a page to a default category for all posts...)
I got, the homepage problem, maybe not figured out, but at least working (Just don't touch the sample page and set that as home) my only remaining problem is that the Front page app takes me to /#MyRamblings and WP sets the blogroll as /my-ramblings, I'm confused as all get out, but I refuse to give up lol.. Website is in the comments if you want to check it out.
go to http://passionstoonlinesuccess.siterubix.com/ click on blog icon... Is this what you want?
Yes, that's exactly what mine does. If you notice, it goes to /#Blog The Blog link in the upper menu however actually goes to the Blog
I want the Blog tile to go where the blog menu link goes, and I just can't get it to work. Here's the Demo where it works like I'd like it to http://theme77.com/flatio-demo
Go to settings, reading the you will see front page displays your latest posts or a static page.
Click static page and then you can select which page will be your posts page
Yar, I got that done, the problem seems to be that, doing it that way puts /my-ramblings as the post page but my website App tile brings it to /#MyRamblings, so I'm thinking I either need to make my App tile go to /my-ramblings or figure out how to make the page /#MyRamblings my posts page. I'm even confusing myself now, sorry lol
lol oh my, I think I need coffee now. Also not sure what you are doing with the hashtags. If your url was in your profile, we could check it out
worktowardsfreedom.com .. And I don't know what I'm doing with hashtags either lol.. I'm guessing it's because the theme uses some kind of flash technology, I like the theme so much, I've decided I'm going to figure it out instead of giving in and switching lol
Ya, it does have support, for premium versions. If I can't figure it out by payday, I'm going to buy the premium version. Ya, the text is horrible at the moment lol, it was a lot more complete, but I had to fully delete and start over to figure out some other problems lol
It is a cool looking theme alright, the white text isn't working though with that background image.
It isn't the type of theme I have any experience with at all, I would have to play around in the dashboard to try and figure things out.
Maybe the theme has a support forum you can snoop around in and get some configurations tips
Also, the /# works for my other pages, such as /about-me gets changed to /#AboutMe. I just can't figure out how to get /#MyRamblings to be my blogroll
