First off i would like to apologize to some of you that are waiting on answers that I was trying to help you with. Also for not responding to your posts. I am well aware that WA goes on without me, I am not trying to say anything like that. I just do not like to leave things undone. Hopefully you have resolved your issues, if not I should be back with you by the end of the night.
I ran across this information while I was incapacitated and thought I would share it. Hopefully you haven't been held for ransom or worse yet had to pay to get control of your files again.
No More Ransom
Kapersky Labs, Intel Security, the Dutch Police, and Europol have joined forces to create a platform that provides keys to unlock several types of ransomware. The site also provides some great tips on how to protect yourself from these cyber criminals.
The site advocates not paying the ransom as this only encourages the illegal activity. They also point out that there is no guarantee that you will get control of your files back. Some of these malicious criminals actually do have the means to restore your files but others simply destroy your data with no method of repair. They have identified a new ransomware named Ranscam that does exactly this.
I hope that you all have not fallen prey to this. Please save this site as insurance.

Control Alt Delete and terminating all running programs thru Task Manager (Windows 10) will also work. At least it did for me when I received a warning very similar to this yesterday.
I am always at the wrong place at the wrong time. That is why all the trees are down in my front yard !
Buddy you need to come to my back half acre I don't think you could miss a tree. I finally disconnected the kill switch when you put mower in reverse.
