Hi, Peeps,

I Just want to share my opinion on Site support! I have submitted in the past a quite a few support tickets.

Yes I have fluffed up my sites more than once. I am a working progress and probably a challenging one as well.

We dont get to meet site support here. I know they are so busy. After all they look after us all, '' How many members are we now?''

Thats without all the background stuff they do. I couldn't sit around waiting on a call system. I have to do that with the likes of my internet provider Talk Talk

That is just an endless amount of calls all repeating the same thing. Then they dont understand my accent nor I understand theirs.

A simple thing turns into a serious challenge. In fact Talk Talk could do with a team like Site support.

I often see in live chat newbies wanting telephone numbers and I can never understand why. Waiting in automated Que systems is not appealing at all.

I submit a ticket to Site-Support then they get back to me almost immediately and have right now just got back to me within 60 Seconds.

I have never ever had to wait long not once!!

As you know! I am a working progress and so I have to submit again. Then they come back to me with details and a screen shot to help me out even more.


I have just done that all in 4 minutes. See no hours of endless call operators. No queues or buttons to press. No different countries to be led to that dont get my Accent.


Here within W.A. its just submit a ticket wait for a little minute and then you get your problem sorted.


So thank you so much Site-Support you are the best and you are amazing. :-)

Goes way past the big phones and tin can alley, And the old phones from the beginning.

Site-Support of W.A are of the here and now.

Something most British companies should have right NOW. It beats the IPhone 20

And the I phone 10 I just paid over a thousand for.

I see this platform going massive. who gets That kind of support. Ask Talk Talk They are hacked all the time.

Lol I love my old android. I still have the first I phone out I bought for my son Years back. I keep it in a box nobody is allowed to touch it . I will get my money back one day on that old phone for all the phones I have paid out for since Lol ;-))

I must agree. They are one of the quickest to respond of any program, platform, software, etc. that I've dealt with. Although today I was wondering if it was a chatbot because there was something of a disconnect between the questions I was asking and the replies I was getting... but overall, I definitely give support here a big thumbs up :-D

with that I cant help you, because I have never ever had to wait for no more than 60 seconds.
The only thing I could imagine is that they were super busy at that point in time.

I agree completely I have had to support a few times and they have always gotten back with me very quickly and they stick with me until the problem is solved I do love our support team they are great.
