When i am trying to select a field, like title or any selection, such font type, h1 l, h2, h3, or even trying to insert a link, the system won't allow me to stay on the field.

Have you tried from a laptop? Trying to build your content and work the back end Wordpress would be a nightmare on a phone.
I use the Samsung fold phone. Kind of a small tablet. I don't have a laptop and this phone works fairly well. Haven't had any issues using my phone on bluehost. But really appreciate Wealthy Affiliate more.
Wordpress editor should be the same everywhere. I wouldn't do what you're doing but if it works for you, great
Building a website requires downloading, etc. Tried it when I first started, but nope, ran into similar issues. You can use your phone for navigating WA, but you'll feel handcuffed trying to build out a site with just your phone.

Am I allowed to import themes from outside sources? There is a specific theme that I am wanting to use. But, don't want to break any rules.
When reviewing my websites in WA, They all show that they are not indexed. But site kit/search consul is showing that everything is indexed. Why is that?

I can't get get to the WordPres
open a ticket with sitesupport and they will sort you out ...
find them under help at the top....
it sounds like there is a clash between some of the items on your site....
