Jaaxy is Really Tempting Me Right Now
I know that a number of people here get by using the free keyword tool and see no need to switch to Jaaxy. I, too, have been using the free one, but I have been eyeing Jaaxy for some time now. I have always held off because I didn't really want an extra expense, but always figured I would sign up eventually.
The impending price increase is really making me think long and hard about it now. I figure that if I am going to join at some point, it would be really dumb not to do so now, while I can lock in the price. I have scraped up enough to pay for a month or two, after which I will hopefully be earning some money again and in a better position to either continue, or even sign up for a year.
That raises a question though... If I sign up monthly in order to get the lower price and then later decide to go yearly, I'm not sure if it would be at the old price or the new. Hopefully the old...
At any rate, I have been debating with myself all day, trying to find a way to make this work. Is anyone else in the same boat here?

Hi, Craig, there seems to be a little confusion around that one Over time there has been some debate between the free keyword tool here at WA and Jaaxy, I have just signed onto Jaaxy with this up grade, there is value in the offer that Kyle and Carson have made.It has more functionality which has definite advantages.
There is a twist, by default we can become affiliates for the program so there are opportunities to earn from promoting the platform, so potentially the cost of Jaxxy could be offset.
Just a thought.
Certainly something to look at. I imagine that having referrals go premium as well as join Jaaxy could become quite lucrative.
Craig, a few days ago in one of Kyle's blogs I asked the question 'if I decided to upgrade to Enterprise in a few months would the cost be the grandfathered one, or would I be charged the new price'.
Kyle's answer was - You are locked in at the low price and will never be subject to a price change.
How awesome is that? I think that if anyone is thinking they could even potentially join at some point in the future, it behooves them to sign up now.
I am..I am using the free Jaxxy membership, but I know that I will eventually sign up for Jaaxy, so I am trying to justify the expense, which I cannot actually afford at this time But, can I not, not afford it..that's the question!!

Well, as I have discovered thanks to Tony, if you can manage to sign up one time for $19, even if you can't continue for a time, you will be able to take advantage of locking in the price.
That is a tremendous deal and shouldn't be missed.
Okay...that gives it a completely new spin, I guess that I will just have to swing it. It's too good of a deal to let slip by. If I could help you out, I would definitely do it!! So sorry, I hope that you get it worked out too.

I don't think you are alone in this decision. I also don't see why the yearly rate would be at the higher price rate if you sign up before the 5th. My understanding is if you sign up before the deadline you lock in the current rate. Hopefully, someone here with more knowledge of that will chime in. The price increase is certainly a motivator...it will be a little more than double what it currently is.
I have made the decision I am going to go ahead and bite the bullet and purchase Jaaxy before the deadline. That said, I think you would likely be fine with the keyword tools here as well. As in, I don't think you will fail if you don't purchase Jaaxy! For me, I just didn't want to decide later on I wished I had of purchased it and then have to shell out the new price to get it. In other words, the "call to action" price increase announcement worked for me. ;-)

I was just wondering if locking in the price as a monthly subscriber would ONLY lock in the monthly rate. It seems logical that it would apply to the yearly as well, but you know what they say about assuming....
Gotcha! Maybe ask Kyle or whoever takes care of those questions..sorry I'm not more help on the specifics of that one. Let me know if you confirm the answer.
It takes some real assessment to go yearly at premium. You ae to be getting some serious traffic first to consider a total of $1200 annually!

Kyle has confirmed that anyone who signs up at the old price prior to the 4 September price increase will be locked into the old price no matter if you need to miss some time afterwards. When you are able to upgrade again after that, it will be at the locked in rate.
I myself have never not used Jaaxy and have never even tried the WA free tool. That is something that I actually should do so that I can help when someone asks me the difference between the two and why Jaaxy is worth the $19 per month.
I highly recommend that anyone who can, should lock in the price now so that the price is locked in forever.

When you are able to upgrade again after that, it will be at the locked in rate" I am taking that to mean that if I sign up for a month at the current price, then can't continue for October and November, I will be able to sign up again in December still at $19. Is that correct?

I've thought about Jaaxy but I've stayed with the WA free tool for now. I figure the increased price for Jaaxy won't be a problem in the future if I'm earning money. Good luck with your decision
I have no real issues with the free tool and I know people are having success with it, but I tend to be the type of person that if I know I will get something eventually, I want it now. Got that from my mom. Ha ha.
I had similar thoughts about the price increase not being an issue when I am successful, but I find myself thinking that Jaaxy might be something that helps me *become* successful.
Ugh.

Same here...I'm still new though I'm still figuring things out...niches, setting up my site, research, & writing content, all that stuff.. In the long run it will be beneficial for me I think, but I don't know if it is worth it getting in right now for something that I wouldn't probably be able to maximize at the moment.. On the other side, once I'm all set up I would probably regret it if I don't get it now at a lower price...
I'd say get it now to lock in the price. Just go for one month, so that later on when you decide to continue with it, it will still be the lower price. Just $19 now to save a lot of money later.
